Personnel and breakfast are excellent, the place ist very central. Building and equipment are a bit old and it's quite loud. But good value for money!

O atendimento na recepção excelente, quarto bom, banheiro limpo, cama faz muito barulho ao se mexer ou levantar e o barulho da avenida tambem incomanda. O maior problema que encontrei foi com o cafe da manha, comeca somente as 6:30, tentei tomar pelo menos um cafezinho e foi negado. A pessoa estava com a garrafa de cafe na mao, mas nao deixou eu tomar. Fiquei muito chateada, pois tinha horario marcado para nao perder o trem. Infelizmente o cafe deveria ser servido a partir das 06h, tinha mais hospedes esperando o cafe tambem, fica minha sugestao.

Péssimo, pra dizer o mínimo. Esse hotel não vale a sua estadia NEM DE GRAÇA! Fiz checkout a noite e fui para outro hotel. Deveria ser proibido ter um hotel com uma localização tão barulhenta. É IMPOSSÍVEL dormir, parece que o som dos bares que tem na rua estão dentro do quarto, cujo as janelas são bem na frente. Zero empatia com os hóspedes. Leonardo, que nos atendeu na recepção, ainda quis dar lição de moral quando apresentei documento digital, e não o físico. Sem dúvidas o PIOR hotel de BH!
