“The property was a lovely space! We needed a one night stay in the Farmington area, and this place was perfect. The home was welcoming and clean, and the owner provided just about everything you need (towels, coffee maker, bedding, wine glasses, etc). We awoke in the morning to 9 deer outside in the field! Thank you so much for the quiet and relaxing stay!”

“We went to New Vinyard to view the total eclipse. Chip and Kathy, our hosts were wonderful and warm. The house was perfect for the four of us. We rode around to other towns in the area, up the mountain, and across a famed wire bridge that bounces when you put on the brakes. “The apartment was exactly what was described and perfect for what we needed. Spent a week so my son could updated his Red Cross Certifications on campus. The proximity to campus was perfect. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished and enough room for myself and 2 teen boys. We all had our own space and never felt on top of each other. The only issue we had is the traffic, which is no fault of the owners. Had to get use to the noise but it wasn't so bad to deter us from staying there again....
