Convenient location
Easy to find and conviently located to most everything. Driving through the gate and seeing this beautiful home and property was reassuring that we'd made the right choice in our VRBO. The house was so clean and inviting. The light switches in the house were a little confusing, but made me think of our own home as we have a few that go to the same light/outlet. I was pleasantly surprised that the big master was opened for us, because i didnt think we requested that. That made my husband andy stay wonderful so that we wouldnt have have kids fighting over bedrooms...we all had our own. Hoping that we can make another trip and possibly stay at this same house again. Absolutely loved the property!

Beautiful property
We had a great time and loved the comfort and beauty of the property. It is surrounded by beautiful farm land, horses, cows and classic barns. There were fun games to play like bocce ball and corn hole. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay
Great stay with extended family to visit the Clark County Fair. There was enough room for everyone, 4 adults and 2 kids! We really enjoyed all the space and quiet area. The kids had room to roam. We hope to stay again!

Large space to get together and not bother neighbors
Arrival to the house was a little wild because immediately upon opening the front door I found water gushing out of a broken hose at the bottom of the toilet, and flooding out of the bathroom. I was trying to figure out how to stop it and it was spraying hard everywhere and got me pretty wet. Luckily I was just wearing kick around clothes that I was driving in. I finally figured out how to stop it, and owner quickly came to fix the issue. The floors are tile so it was easy to clean and dry up. Other than that, the stay was great. Stayed with a couple friends to go see a concert at the amphitheater, which is 15 minutes away. We chose this place because we like to play guitar loud when we get together, and there is no one around to bother. It worked out great. One recommendation I would make is to have some coasters in every room. That way we can set a glass of ice water or another drink down without worry. There is nice furniture in there, and we didn’t want to ruin the wood. The next people who stay might not have the same consideration, and just set their wet sloppy drinks right upon the hardwood furniture…. Thank you for your quick action on the flooding scenario!!

Family Reunion
The Guesthouse was the perfect location in Clark County and an easy access from I-5 & 205, to the many sightseeing places to enjoy here in Southwest Washington. The house serviced all our needs: the amenities, the accommodations, the ample living spaces to gather for eating and sitting.The rural setting provided a private and lovely setting. I recommend this peaceful country retreat for its comfort, convenience, and enjoyment. o

Amazing property & hosts
Had to come to town for a memorial. Needless to say we were not in high spirits for the trip. However, our hosts were extremely responsive during the booking process and even more thoughtful as we arrived to fresh eggs, fruit, flowers and a hand written note of condolences. The house was a perfect place for our family both young and old to gather in remembrance of our loved ones lost. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay and great hosts
We had a wonderful stay at the guest house .Beds are comfortable. House is very spacious with a welcoming feel. Linda and Joe are wonderful hosts and provide a beautiful home . The surroundings around the house are peaceful and quiet.We were there to celebrate my sons celebration of life and my moms 90th birthday .Convenient location . Wonderful property!
It was wonderful to be out of the city and on this property. We were just around the corner from where a family wedding was held, so was a perfect location for us! Loved being in a rambler of such size! Absolutely perfect for our extended family!

What a great place!
I wish my home were as immaculate! We had 6 people but paid for 8 to access an additional master suite, which was perfect. Husband and I stayed in the additional master and our kids and grands stayed on the other side of the house. Enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen. We had a great time. Highly recommend for families.

Nice and big.
This property was lovely. There was ample amount of space in fact we had 8 adults staying and it felt like we barely filled the house. The property around the house was expansive and had plenty places for kids to play. We didn't make any food while there so can't really say anything about the kitchen and available utensils. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Extra blankets and towels were easy to find.

Wonderful home and host

Beautiful!
We had an amazing time. The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds very comfortable and plenty of towels! Amazing space. The yard and playground were great for the kids-plenty of room for them to run around! My husband really wished there was cable or internet (March Madness-my bad, stated but I was not looking for that) but he survived:-). Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!

Easter Egg Hunt Best Ever on record
My family enjoyed the yard and peace and fell in love with the animals. Great weather for our annual Easter Weekend games and dinner. No one wanted to leave but back to reality appreciate the love home was cozy and clean!

Love this place wish I could of stayed for a week. I wish they had WiFi on the property sometimes spotty cell phone connection but I have my own hot spot other than that it was perfect. Property managers were awesome and easy access to property.

Wonderful house for family reunion
This house was perfect for spending time with our children and grandchildren. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kids loved the large yard and playground and especially the horses, cows and goats next door. The owner was wonderful to work with and very thoughtfully left some rainy day activities for the kids. The house had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay in this house again on future visits so Ridgefield

Perfectly peaceful sisters retreat
We had a wonderful time at this peaceful location. It is set off the road in a lovely countryside setting, with cows and horses in the neighboring property. The home was very clean, had amazing sheets, 3 bathrooms, one level, and my mom's favorite-2 fireplaces. We were all very pleased with the whole experience and made for a relaxing getaway for us sisters and mom.

My sister and I brought our families up to spend time with our parents nearby... an 8 year old, two 2 year olds, and a newborn required more space! This property was lovely and allowed both families to enjoy in harmony!

Vest bang for your buck!
We had a little family reunion and this house was so much more than we could have asked for. The outside was just as amazing as the outside! My baby girl had her first jacuzzi tub bath time. The master suite is to die for! If I had to change one thing, I'd have a king size bed in the master, but seriously this place is a must!!

Lovely Country Home
The house & grounds were wonderful. Clean & manicured. There were chairs to sit outside & enjoy the sun. We loved the gardens! We could tell that the outdoor ants liked it as well. The beds, bedding & towels were wonderful as well. The kitchen was quite workable too. Overall a quiet & relaxing place to stay. Great communication via email. All my questions were answered quickly.
