“Un lugar que hay que dejar claro que si buscas un HOTEL este no lo es , es un condominio muy bonito y con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia por varios dias. Me toco ir en dias de temporada baja y creo solo eramos nosotros de huespedes en todo el edificio, lo que para mi y mi familia nos parecio excelente. Repito es un Condominio no hay servicio de restaurante ni de limpieza. Pero es un lugar excelente y claro que regresaria.”

“Our stay at Punta Mita was fantastic, we were two couples with two kids each, and we enjoyed Mark’s condo thoroughly. It’s clean, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated, and in a great location. By staying here, we were able to go to various beach clubs and had a pool basically for ourselves in the building. The beach was a 3 min golf cart drive away - which the kids enjoyed probably more than the beach itself. The few inconvenience we ran into the team was swift to help resolve with them...

“This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias. ”

“This is s very nice property with an exceptional ocean front view. We were able to whale watch every day. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need to prepare meals in the condo. “We came to Sayulita for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay at the Florence. The walk up the street is a good work out but getting a golf cart was a nice choice. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the patio on top was great on breezy cool evenings. From the top patio we saw many parrots flying from tree to tree, they were a noisy bunch and very cute. Great accommodations!”
