"A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. Walking on the highway may not be advisable after dark given lack of sidewalk. Many stairs...

"Our stay at Sunscape in this 14th floor condo was great! Everything we needed for cooking was there, even an electric grill and fry pan. The deck is roomy, great for watching the sunset. Modern bathroom, nice shower. Didn’t need the AC at all. Weather in early December was perfect. Would definitely stay there again."

"We were very pleased with our unit. Wonderful to be right on the beach and the unit was beautiful and clean. We loved the daily maid service and the fact that they were willing to do our laundry. If there is one draw back to the unit, it's the fact that the kitchen is not well stocked with items helpful for cooking at home. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay."
