Dear Jeffery, Thank you for your review, although there are few things that are completely incorrect and I would like potential guest to understand how it works: we have a receptionist during the day that leaves the place around 4-5 pm. When he leaves I get there just to check whether my guests are fine or they need help. Moreover I can be there in 10-15 minutes just in case it’s needed. The services you paid for are guaranteed and the difference in price between us and a hotel it’s there. Next time you’d better choose carefully the accomodation and read the services before making a reservation because I’m sick of people like you that want a cheap accomodation with hotel services. It’s not difficult to find the property if you are able to use google maps or something similar and this is your problem; just notice that a phone call would have solved the situation because I answer 24/7 like a hotel reception, though I don’t ask for money any time you need help out of reception time. One last thing: in Italy we do have intercoms, if you do not ring the bell you will never have access to a guest house; if you do not read the instructions for the self check-in (cause you arrived later than reception closing time) that I sent in your inbox the day you made the reservation it’s still your problem. If you do travel without making contact with the accomodation manager or staff before your arrival it’s still your damn problem. Regards
