"Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was eco friendly, which meant they only provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The rest, such as toothbrush, shower cap, etc were still available at reception for purchase. There was free 24 hr snack bar service, which included instant noodles, biscuits and drinks. A minor issue was the bed was slightly hard for my liking and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. But not a major concern."

Hotel has own car park sites just behind the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - walking distance to night market and several famous eateries. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Hualien"

I've to get the tea and coffee sachets from the lounge in basement, after asking the staff; I wasn't told that beverages could be obtained from the basement. Will be good if beverage sachets be provided in the room instead."
