I left my earbuds on my bed and checked out the lady found them and ran to my taxi before it left, thank you for saving my earbuds. No hooks in washroom Breakfast congee was a bit cold by 9 o'clock. Friendly service.

전반적으로 양호함 조식도 괜찮음. 다만 옷장이 없고 벽옷걸이가 2개여서 좀 불편했음. 동대문야시장 근처라 태로각협곡, 칠성담 가기에는 불편해서 위치는 기차역 근처보다 좋지 않음

がっかり

チェックイン時、フロントの女性スタッフが怒っているような表情と話し方で、ホテル選びを失敗したことを痛感した。 英語で語られたのだが、英語にしても日本語にしてもゆっくりとしゃべってくれないと、年寄りなんだから聞き取れないのだよ。 そのへんのとこがわかってないというか配慮が足りないというか。 一度老人ホームに行って勉強してきた方がいいよ。 その一方、チェックアウト時の男性フロントスタッフの対応は良かった。

良久的清潔衛生做得很好，而且管理人員黃先生的態度很不錯，只是前台服務小姐的態度有待加強，應該使客人有賓至如歸的感覺。

あまりお勧めは出来ないです。

朝食付きでこちらのホテルを選びましたが、朝食はハンバーガー一個とパック入りのティーだけでだったのでびっくりしました。 それを朝食付きと表示出来る事に驚きです。 それからベッドは真ん中が凹んでおり、身体が痛くなりました。あと1日こちらのホテルと思うと辛くなります。 16時に部屋に戻ると掃除がまだでフロントで待たされてます。 フロントの男性の対応は良かったのですが残念です。

離東大門夜市很近走路就可到達 飯店很貼心停車位不夠如停路邊也會付擔費用👍 房間隔音不是很好 電視只有少數幾台可看 棉被的被心一直露出來，被套也無拉鍊可拉。

缺點： 入住時間是下午3:30，退房時間是早上11:00，與hotels.com上面寫的下午3:00 check in, 12:00 check out 完全不同，請住宿時注意時間。寄放行李時，僅要求將行李放在櫃檯隔壁疑似飲食區的地方，並不會給任何識別標籤，貴重物品請不要放在寄放的行李內。晚上睡覺時，可以很明顯的聽到樓上洗澡水流下來的聲音，隔音極差，我是個很容易入睡的人，但也對這聲音感到非常困擾。 優點： 離東大門夜市與公正小籠包很近。

優點： 在市中心，離東大門夜市和有名的小吃都是走路可以到的距離！很方便！CP值就在這裡而已😂 房間整潔度還可～插頭很多～樓層有飲水機。 缺點： 停車不是很方便，沒有免費停車場，是「免費自助停車」，訂的時候沒有注意到～ 房間是鑰匙鎖且只有配一副。 浴室沒有乾濕分離！我們訂房網上的照片沒看清楚，看了前幾張和房間照就以為都是乾濕分離的衛浴，結果不是...後來再去翻全部的照片才發現後面有一張沒有分離的，訂房前可能要先確認一下... 隔音極差到爆！樓上洗澡的聲音超級大聲😂隔壁房間的聲音也蠻清楚。 早餐非常普通。 另外，Hotels.com是寫12:00退房，而飯店辦理入住時櫃檯人員是告知11:00退房，但因為預計要離開的時間原本就早於11:00就沒多問了，如果有要比較晚走的可能要跟飯店確認一下...

停車問題及房間內有雜音

1.一開始是看此飯店有提供免費停車服務，結果去的時候卻說飯店停車場不能停；雖然飯店人員表示會幫忙付路邊收費停車格的費用，但假日若不是在深夜時段回飯店，附近的路邊停車格根本沒空位，因此只能自己花錢去停私人收費停車場或是路邊隨便停。 2.睡覺時房間內有奇怪雜音，影響睡眠品質。
