"Clean and private cabin within earshot of waterfall and a million coqui frogs. Friendly and helpful staff provided all we needed for a relaxing stay. The only negative we experienced was the poor WiFi, which we needed for trip planning and checkout."

"My fiancé and I stayed in this property on our last day in Big Island. Conveniently located 5 min away from the airport, so we had plenty of time to savor up any time we had left over on the island. There are a few local places to eat within walking distance. There is a bay across the street where you can watch kids having fun and jumping off in the water or you can stroll for a nice sunset walk. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The experience overall felt really nostalgic. I grew up in a small town like Hilo, so it felt nice to feel a little piece of home there. "

"Last minute, one night, booking was a nice surprise. Clean and nicely decorated. Note there is no air conditioning, but each room does have fans. Open windows can hear the evening symphonies of frogs. Has all amenities necessary for long visits. Close to downtown. It is an uphill walk so may not be fit for all. I would stay here again. "
"We enjoyed our stay at Pineapple Loft. It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was a few short blocks from Downtown Hilo with many restaurants and stores near by. The beds were comfortable. If we return back to Hilo, I would welcome the opportunity to stay there again."
