Perfect in every way!
Loved staying here!! Everything was perfect. I believe the place is even nice in person than the photos!! It was spacious, extremely clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Everything we needed and more!!!

Adventure with Family
The owners are great! Very responsive and helpful! We appreciated their guidance and support, as we arrived very late to the property due to airline delays. Overall, the place is clean and close to everything. Cozy and comfy accommodations. We enjoyed the Keurig. The owners provide lots of amenities, too! The only negatives we experienced were that, unfortunately, as women, we would say this area is not the safest at night. I am sure it would be fine if there were more of us. We also had some trouble with parking. There is street parking available, but it is not convenient. Very close to the freeway, downtown areas, and easily accessible by car, walk, or Lyft/Uber. There is a parking garage located a few blocks away. The property is on the lower level, so you can hear the other tenants above, but that happens at hotels too. We would definitely recommend it! The owners are wonderful! Thanks again for a great trip!

We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in. Only issue is this is a basement apartment and could hear people walking around. Woke us up from time to time. Other than that, this was worth the price.

Thanksgiving in Sacramento!
Comfortable place to stay while visiting our daughter and son-in-law for the holiday. We were able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal with the fairly equipped kitchen and had a nice space to chill and visit. Easy access to local spots. Loved the park across the street!!!

Nice little place. My only major issue was alllllll the flies. Like huge flies. They had a fly swatter but it was broken. It looked like someone tried to tape it back together but the tape pulled off and it was sticky. Be sure to bring your own pillows. Other than that, had a nice stay.

We were very confused and disappointed by this review. This is the first time we heard about this fly issue, as this guest never contacted us, we do not own a fly swatter, and none of the other guests ever mentioned it. We are responsive hosts and always respond when a guest has an issue, and we did not get a chance to remedy in this case. We also do not know what this guest meant when she said people need to bring their own pillows. ?? We have 4 luxury hotel pillows on the bed and more pillows in the closet. We often get compliments on our mattress and pillows, so it's very misleading for the guest to make a statement like this. Most likely, this guest mistakenly reviewed a different property because none of these things make sense. We pride ourselves on responding and doing everything in our power to make it a great place to stay, which shows in hundreds of 5-star reviews.

This apartment is gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable.Great bed, great bath, great kitchen, great living area. I was a bit worried about parking but easily found spots in the unrestricted areas about two blocks away. Great location!

Great private spot in Midtown
The apartment was great for a private getaway during our busy weekend visiting family in East Sacramento. There is a big bathroom and a big comfy bed! We arrived at the house very late at night on both Friday and Saturday nights after long days with family and had no trouble finding street parking right on the block. Communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. Nice place to stay!

Would stay again if in town. Super spacious for just one. Very comfortable bed. Minimal noise from the upstairs unit that didn’t detract from my stay at all. I appreciated the coffee and tea selection. Street parking during the day nearest the unit is 2 hrs only so just note that if you’re driving and staying longer than an overnight.

The property was very comfortable and convenient for my wife and I while in town for CIM. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to lots of fun spots on J Street and an easy rideshare to spots downtown. Street parking always seemed to be plentiful and was never a hassle. Comfy bed!

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The bed and the sofa were very comfortable and we really liked staying there. In general, it felt a really nice stay. It's perfect for a stay in downtown Sacramento with the city centre just 15mins walking. The host was very responsive and helpful and assisted us with every request we had. Definitely recommend it.
