  • Modern studio located in the heart of Condado.
    Close to restaurants, hotels, and pubs and the beach is a block away.

    Apartment comes with 1 queen size bed and 1 queen size sofa bed, great for a family of four or two adult couples. Full kitchen amenities including a stove, microwave, and apartment size refrigerator. The studio also includes an A/C unit, a TV, and wifi.

    For business travelers, the studio has a desk and chair making it convenient to work on your laptop if needed.

    The property has a pool and hot tub, and a gym.
    Laundromat facilities are located on the second floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. Wifi is also available on the lobby floor by the pool and the pool area.

As a travel agent I have visited Puerto Rico several times and feel confident that Condado is a great location. This condo is a great size for two people. Pros: convenient location, very clean, beach towels provided as well as basic shampoo/conditioner, easy to contact host who responds quickly, dedicated parking spot (super bonus), seamless check in/checkout, quiet, two working elevatorsCons: third floor so no view (but who cares bc you’re not in your room much), a keurig would be a great addition as well as a bedside lamp

The Condo was clean and very convenient. You can walk to different restaurants, grocery and convenient stores. Beach was very close also. The private parking made life so easy, there’s very little public parking. We would come back again.

What a beautiful studio apartment. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Madeline was an amazing hostess and replied quickly to any questions we had . I would highly recommend this place .

Madeline is an awesome host, when I needed something she didn’t hesitate to bring me what I needed. The condo was exactly how it was pictured very nice with up to date finishes. I definitely recommend my time in Puerto Rico was awesome.

The apartment was clean, and the host was easy to work with. The location of the apartment was great. Close to beaches and restaurants and short rides away from Old San Juan and the airport. The pool was nice.
