We will provide you with a detailed description and instruction of all the facilities in the house, including the operation of all the appliances such as washer / dryer, dishwasher and microwave, Also included will be instructions for all remotes: satellite boxes, smart Hi Def TVs, and air conditioning units (one in each bedroom).

Beyond Old San Juan but nearby, is a world class symphony hall and orchestra, music venues for all kinds of latin music, various museums, live theatre performances, and one of the most attended concert arenas in this hemisphere featuring artists from all over the world.
In addition, outside the metropolitan area you can enjoy a beautiful countryside, world class beaches and water sports, the only rain forest under the US flag, phosphorescent bays, the world's largest zip lining as well as many other eco-tourism attractions.
