“Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer.”

“10/10 recommend! Phyllis was an excellent hostess. Most of our time in the cottage was spent in the sunroom facing the ocean and the light house. Absolutely stunning views of the sunrise. The cottage backs up to Fox’s lobster house which concerned us at first. The crowd is low key and it closes early so it worked out. Highly recommend the lobster roll and blueberry pie at Fox’s! I enjoyed 4-5 mile runs each morning with a fantastic route through the neighborhood to long sands beach. This place...
