  • *** ACTUALIZACIÓN **** ¡La renovación del edificio (Blue Lupin) está completa! ¡Es hermoso! ¡Nuevas fotos del atrio que pronto llegarán a principios de junio!

    Ven y relájate en nuestra espaciosa unidad del segundo piso. Con muebles renovados, un gran balcón y un edificio frente al golfo, ¡no te puedes equivocar! El condominio ofrece mucho espacio para vivir, ya que la cocina, la sala y el comedor están abiertos entre sí. El salón tiene una cómoda sala de estar con TV y reproductor de DVD y se abre a un gran patio de 400 pies cuadrados, que ofrece cómodos asientos y restaurantes.

    Recientemente hemos actualizado el servicio de Internet en nuestra unidad ... MUCHO más rápido y más confiable. También se ha agregado un nuevo paquete de cable que incluye HBO.

    La cocina totalmente equipada ofrece tres taburetes para disfrutar de su café de la mañana, mientras que el comedor adyacente tiene capacidad para 7 personas. El plano dividido proporciona privacidad, ya que la suite principal está a un lado de la sala de estar, mientras que las otras dos habitaciones están al otro lado.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un amplio armario con vestidor y se abre a un balcón privado con capacidad para dos. El baño principal tiene una gran bañera de hidromasaje, tocadores para él y para ella y ducha separada.

    El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y baño privado, junto con acceso al balcón principal.

    El tercer dormitorio también tiene una cama queen size. El tercer baño está justo afuera de la habitación.

    Las tres habitaciones tienen TV y colchones y ropa de cama nuevos y cómodos.

    Para aquellos con niños pequeños, hemos comprado un paquete n play con un durmiente infantil. También hay una nueva trona en la unidad.

    El balcón tiene una hermosa vista de los árboles. Debido a que la unidad está orientada hacia el este, ¡es una agradable escapada a la sombra después de un día al sol!

    La unidad está a solo unos pasos de la hermosa playa del golfo. La piscina se calienta en los meses más fríos y, junto con la bañera de hidromasaje, ofrece una hermosa vista de la playa y el océano. ¡Qué gran lugar para relajarse!

    Hay sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de playa en la unidad que están disponibles para uso de los huéspedes.

    Hay un garaje cerrado en la planta baja del edificio para un vehículo. Se proporciona estacionamiento adicional a las afueras del edificio. Se requieren códigos para ingresar al edificio y la unidad en sí tiene una entrada de teclado, por lo que no hay teclas de las que preocuparse.

    Las 48 unidades en Blue Lupin se ingresan a través del atrio de 50 pies. Hay áreas de conversación para reunirse con amigos y familiares en el espacioso vestíbulo principal. También hay una cómoda área de descanso justo afuera de la puerta de la unidad.

    El tercer piso alberga las instalaciones de entrenamiento, donde hay varias cintas de correr, máquinas elípticas, equipos de nautilus y pesas libres, entre otros artículos.

    Blue Lupin se encuentra en el pintoresco 30A entre Destin (10 millas) y la ciudad de Panamá (28 millas). Grayton Beach, Watercolour y Seaside se encuentran a 8 km. Hay un sendero de 17 millas para andar en bicicleta y caminar.

What a great condo and a great location! The room was very clean, and it had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We loved the beach here - not crowded at all and the included beach setup was great! We would love to stay here again!

The condo was extremely clean and well laid out. The location is great for easy access to the pool and beach. Also convenient walk to a coffee and ice cream shop. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a great place to stay! Loved being right at the beach! All of the guests and owners we ran into were very nice, as was the security guard and the guys running the beach chair setup. We will be back.

To say we were impressed and super happy with our stay is an understatement. The condo, the community building, and the gorgeous beach were beyond our expectations!!! The condo was spacious and clean. It felt like home. We used the well stocked kitchen multiple times a day.The easy access to the beach and the beach chair service was as easy as a beach trip gets. Parking was simple as well. It’s a quiet, secluded location that we hope to visit again!

Excellent Stay!

We had a terrific time at this property last week! Communication with the property manager was easy and efficient and the property was very clean upon arrival. The location is terrific - very close to the beach. We highly recommend this property!

Long family weekend

We spent a great long family weekend at the condo (6 adults)! Loved the spaciousness and layout of the condo and all the extras available for our use! The location was very nice! Looking forward to staying again in this condo!

Fantastic Week

We had a great stay! The property was excellent. Clean, furnished nicely, and well stocked. We had our 6 year old grandson and he loved the pool and the beach. Beach chair setup was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun Friends Week

The condo layout is perfect with the primary king bed bedrooms on opposite sides offering privacy. The entire building is spacious and nicely maintained. We had so much fun- definitely recommend to anyone considering!

This was the best condo we have stayed at on 30a! The condo was so spacious and had everything we needed plus extras. It was super clean when we arrived. The host was helpful and answered fast! My daughter loved the pool and hot tub. You are just steps from the beach and the beach setup was great to have! The location is within walking distance to some great coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We needed an early vacation and #202 provided the perfect space for the 6 of us (and we all had our own bathrooms)!! Ashley was super quick to respond and help with whatever we needed! We will be back!

Great place!

We had a fantastic trip! The layout of the condo and access to the beach/pool were perfect. There is separation from the master bedroom and the other rooms which gives both kids and parents privacy. The beach is steps away. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated. The kitchen is well appointed and there are many games for the kids. Highly recommend!

The condo was immaculately clean and furnished. The building provided a heated swimming pool and hot tub on a breathtaking stretch of 30a beach! Janet was so quick to respond and absolutely delightful to work with! Will be back!

Wonderful

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Blue Mountain Beach Condos. The overall facility was beautiful. And the security was very good. The condo was clean, with up-to-date decor and technology. It was the perfect size for the 5 adults and 1 baby. We were a little worried about the no tents on the beach rule, but we were allowed our baby tent, our own umbrella, and a smaller tent that wasn't taller than our umbrella. It worked out perfectly. Ashley was very responsive and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Condo was roomy and well equipped. We had 4 adults, a 3 year old and 1 year old. Check in was easy and Ashley was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. One of the few condos we’ve stayed in that actually had a good supply of dishwasher pods, detergent and hand soap. Having a high chair was great with the little one. The condo also had lots of games and beach toys that were a big hit. The beach set up was great and we appreciated having it included with the condo. Location is great with easy access to Destin, Seaside and Panama City. We loved the quiet location and we rarely heard anyone while in the condo. Balcony is large and was great for sitting out on a rainy day. Would definitely rent again!

Great bang for your buck

Amazing value property. I’m a little tempted to leave a bad review to keep this place a secret. But in reality, it was a very nice condo and complex with excellent beach access. The private beach was clean with a very polite and helpful attendant who sets up your included chairs, table and umbrella each day. The guests to amenities ratio was spot on, so it never felt crowded. We met a few of the condo owners who obviously take pride in the place. Our specific condo was well-stocked and up-to-date. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus. The location on 30A is great. We hit up everything we wanted to do from Santa Rosa to Seaside with minimal time sitting in a car trying to get around. I’m sure I’ll think of other nice things I should have included in this review, but suffice it to say, you can’t go wrong with this option.

Great condo with private beach access

My mom and I stayed in another unit in this condo last year, and we loved it so much that we came back. This condo is updated with a spacious kitchen and a large primary suite. We had plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves at home. We like Blue Mountain Beach because it is quieter and less crazily busy than some of the other beaches like Seaside or Seagrove, but there are still good restaurants nearby and it is easy to drive down to Grayton beach state park or seaside for the day. My favorite thing about this condo is that there is direct beach access with a private beach, and beach setup is included during the summer season. We had an umbrella, 2 chairs, and a side table set up every morning so that we could comfortably lounge right by the water all day. The host was very responsive any time I had a question, and we loved our stay. Planning to return next year!
