great location but cold and dirty room
excellent location 4 blocks from metro station tobalaba and mall costanera center. Good breakfast, room was dirty, bathroom with hair of previous travelers. Bathroom too small barely one person can be on it. We spent very cold nights with blankets ! Their central heat or doers not work or they do not turn it on. Noisy room too, bring ear plugs,.

Very nice
I travelled to Santiago for a few days, and after staying at another apartment i went to Presidente's. I lived as my home, 2 bathrooms, 2 rooms and a big living room, with kitchen of course. All lovable. Next to the largest mall in santiago, 6 blocks, rounded with large houses and great vegetation. Loved this place at PROVIDENCIA, CL.

The place is in a good location, within a 10 minute walk of a large mall and supermarket, metro, etc. The rooms are apartments. with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. the rooms are small and the "master" bedrooms are decent sized but the second bedrooms have full size beds that are tough to share and a tiny bathroom. We took the smaller room and let the kids have the master, but it was cramped. The internet wasnt working well in the rooms most of the time, so we spent a lot of time in the halls and lobby. The place was otherwise well-equiped and had heat for chilly evenings and daily maid service.

Perfect for a family trip
The 2-bedroom rooms are large and the bed very comfortable, and the parking is easy. The neighborhood is also very calm and quiet. The maintenance could do better, and the furnishing could do with an update, but overall it was a great experience.

Good location, but building is run down.
This hotel is in an old apartment building and has not been remodeled for a long time. For example plumbing and bathroom are at least 50 years old. Wifi seemed to work well. Staff was helpful. Building sucks.

Stayed 2 nights, hotel/apartment in great location, safe tree-lined neighbourhood just 5 minutes walk to metro station, mini marts, ATMs and all level of dining establishments. The wifi is weak, the kitchenette is very old and tired, minor thing but no complementary tea/coffee in room.

Nice large rooms, Very nice neighborhood within reasonable walk to Metro and restaurants. Not many of the staff speak or comprehend even the most basic English which limits their helpfulness.

a quiet retreat in Santiago
i chose this hotel because it was in a quiet street in providencia, and the surroundings were indeed very pleasant. it had a good functional kitchen and sitting room, and was very comfortable. the bathroom was very cramped but adequate. we were located on the ground floor and heard a lot of noise from reception as well as from other apartments (and the plumbing!). the heating was adequate, though not 100% ideal. still it was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Very well located, nice street, near every sight seeing, the staff is very polite, garage included. I will be there again for sure! Santiago is a very nice city and in this hotel was better.

Accommodating staff, beautiful hotel!
This is a beautiful authentic Chilean hotel. The staff was excellent, friendly, and extremely helpful and accommodating to us.The beds were very clean and comfortable. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was nice for a one week stay. The only negative we have is a pieced together uncomfortable sofa. We would stay here again.

Santiago's secret place to stay.
We had a lovely 2 bedroom unit with two bathrooms. Has a full kitchen, dining and lounge. Lounge was not that comfortable, but beds were great. Enjoyed the closeness to Tobalaba Metro Station, (just over 3 blocks away) so handy to whole Santiago. Hotel situated in a quiet neighbourhood, Breakfast was adequate for a great start to the day.

Great value, exceeded my expectations
I stayed here for 5 nights with 2 adult sons and the 2 bedroom/2 bath plus sitting room, balcony and kitchen was perfect. Only 5 blocks from the subway and cafe area and 7 blocks from the largest mall in South America. The breakfast area was 5 star and the staff was anxious to help in any way. The rooms are somewhat dated by American standards, however the large area plus quiet and air conditioning is a great find in Santiago! Enjoy

An excellent and affordable choice
I stayed at the hotel with my wife on a short 3-day snowboarding trip and the choice turned out to be really good. I got to Santiago by plane and rented a car at the airport. The location was just perfect for driving without getting jammed in the traffic: all major highways or their connections were 10-20 blocks away. The parking was free, indoors and secure, I was able to left the car loaded with luggage for one night without worries. The hotel seems to be close to the metro station, however I didn't take the train so I cannot tell wether is a convenient location for staying without a car. The rooms are well suited for a long stay. The amenities were not really great. Anyway, that was exactly what I was expecting from the description.

A very safe neighbourhood, not a short walking distance from any of the tourist spots but the subway is so easy to take that that doesn't matter. A really nice breakfast. Staff a little aloof and don't offer information, you have to ask, after that they are pretty friendly.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Close to main street with shops, restaurants, subway and buses. Only negative was that the two bedrooms were small. Would stay here again.

My colleague and I went to Santiago to visit a customer, we booked our flights and this hotel together, which was a HUGE PLEASANT SURPRISE! It is a well located department with kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and a big patio; wifi and breakfast INCLUDED. It was an unbelievable deal, we will definitely come back again.

A little out of the way
This hotel seemed to be quite a distance from the downtown in a residential type neighborhood. I don't know if there were other options closer to the Centro. It was easy, however, to walk to the Subway and access the dowtown. Good value for an apartment style hotel. Free parking and WIFI.

A great place to stay
The hotel is in a very good quiet and safe area and close to metro station. There are very good eating places in the area. The staff is very helpful. Free access to internet is available 7/24. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice neighborhood
Hotel is a little old, but in a very good neighborhood. The room for four people has also a small kitchen where you can have a quick meal.

Great hotel
Club Presidente is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The only major traffic was during rush hour. It's close to a metro station. The breakfast was great and you can order eggs complimentary. I would definitely stay here again.

Would certainly return to this hotel
We were in this hotel at the time of the terrifying earthquake in Chile on 27 February. The staff at Reception were at all times patient and courteous. In spite of logistical problems our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel consists of apartments each with kitchenette. The hotel is well located at about 10 minutes walk to the Metro station. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in a nice neighborhood. This place deserves more stars!
Anyone who knows me knows how picky I can be about hotels or any aspect of customer service. I notice problems no one else does. Having said that, I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel, especially given the reasonable price. Chile is a place where the concept of customer service often doesn't exist, at least from the perspective of someone from the US or Europe. This hotel breaks that trend, offering prompt, friendly service, a great included breakfast, and a location in a safe quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away (walking) from downtown Providencia.

Great hotel for a great price
Even though the facilities are far from brand new (air conditioner being a little noisy for example) this hotel has the best price performance I have seen in Santiago> great location, nice breakfast, tidy and large rooms and great price.

We loved everything about it it. What we thought would be just a bedroom had a sittingroom with mini kitchen attached with free wi-fi. The area was very secluded and quiet but a short walk to the shops, restaurants and metro. The breakfast was superb with lots of variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excelente Opcion
Buena opcion en Santiago. Se encuentra ubicado en una zona residencial bastante boscosa por lo que el ambiente es tranquilo y fresco. La estación del Metro Tobalaba se encuentra a 3 cuadras, y el Costanera Center se encuentra a 4 cuadras. La verdad que está bien ubicado. La habitacion es espaciosa y posee cocina, fregadero y nevera. Tuvimos un problemas de unos minutos con el agua caliente, pero se resolvió rapidamente llamando a la recepción. El desayuno sencillo, pero funciona para agarrar algo de fuerza para empezar a caminar la ciudad. Recomiendo la estadía

Excelente opção e ótimo preço
Hotel excelente, muito perto do metrô Tobalaba que dá acesso às linhas 1 e 4 e fica a poucas estações dos principais pontos turísticos. O quarto é tipo studio, com cozinha e sala, muito limpo, cama excelente, chuveiro quente, recepção cordial, vizinhança totalmente residencial, e por isos extremamente silencioso. Certamente retornarei
