Um bom resort.
Boa localização, bom atendimento, com bons quartos, piscinas, bares, restaurantes, quadra, etc, bem completo. Na minha opinião, o único ponto negativo é que a maioria das piscinas não são aquecidas, mas não desmerece o local. Recomendo.

Muitos quartos para pouca atratividade.
O hotel possui muitos quartos para poucas atrações. Cada torre possui 14 andares com 16 quartos e com apenas 3 elevadores minúsculos que não dão vazão à quantidade de hóspedes. Pegue quarto em andar baixo para poder usar as escadas pois senão perderá um bom tempo esperando no corredor. Nao há muita variedade de atração sobrando apenas a piscina que apenas uma minuscula parte é aquecida.

Experiência razoável a ruim. Check-in extremamente demorado, não localizaram reserva e só entrei graças ao excelente suporte do time Hoteis.com. Supervisor do Hotel ainda comentou equivocadamente que o Hoteis.com teria aplicado golpes em clientes, depois pediu desculpas. Pontos positivos na estadia: Funcionários solícitos; animadores excelentes; atividades/brincadeiras adultos/crianças ótimas e com boa programação; Quartos novos, bonitos e bem arrumados; Ótima isolação acústica nas janelas do quarto; Ótima estrutura de alimentação/Lanches/Petiscos/Sobremesas/Sorvetes/pizza dentro do Complexo; Cortesia para crianças nos parques da Cidade; Localização boa e transfer para Thermas. Pontos negativos: Piscinas extremamente cheias e com águas gélidas, ficando sujas e quase impróprias ao final dos dias; Restaurante lotado para café da manhã e refeições, com altas filas e demora para reposição de itens, comidas e até talheres; Elevador não comporta demanda, ficando lotado e perdendo muito tempo para subur/descer andares, além de não ter gerador. Ficamos presos duas vezes no elevador do Bloco D por queda de energia elétrica.

Foi otima, comida boa, bastante atividade para as criancas, recreacao muito boa, o quarto grande e confortavel !!! Nota triste, ficou por conta do banheiro, cheirava muito ruim, no domingo estava muito lotado e faltou agua, tirando estes detalhes seria excelente !
