Super accommodating ad even let us check in a bit earlier than the check in time of 4pm so we could put our youngest down for a nap. We really appreciated that. The home was spotless when we got there and we were able to quickly get settled and spend some family time together. We had such a blast and hope to be back in the future!”

“We absolutely LOVED the house! It had everything we needed for our stay. We liked having the golf cart to drive around town and the balcony was awesome for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. We enjoyed watching the ships from the balcony also. They were so close! . . . Jack was an excellent host and was easy to contact when needed. It was our first time in Surfside and we would definitely return in the future.”

“This propert was inaccurately listed. The gameroom that was found on their property listing was a big consideration for booking it in the first place. Unfortunately it was not there when we stayed. When we found it out, we reached out to the owner and only got an explanation about the gameroom being available soon. After the check out, I reached out to VRBO to inform them and ask their assistance. Sad to say VRBO completely disregarded our concern and left us hanging dry. What a way to end the...

“We had a great time at this beach house for our recent visit. The large porch is great for enjoying the sounds of the beach in the morning; and the location is very close to a pedestrian bridge to the beach. Manager was easy to communicate with, and we hope to come back again soon!”

“I love this house. My 2nd visit and it was just as amazing as the last. The host was super accommodating with great communication. House had all the small appliances you would need and screened in porch is perfect! Can't recommend it enough.”

In total we had 10 adults, and 7 kids ranging from 1-16.(total of 5 families) We had more than enough space and never felt over crowded, but always felt close enough to be able to be together! My only complaint is it was not the cleanest. “We took our daughter and her friends to the beach for the weekend. House was more than adequate and well stocked. Great balconies to enjoy the beach front location. Only thing we were not keen on was the water smelled quite badly of sulphur. I believe this is a known problem in Surfside. Would definitely stay again!”

“The property was a tad outdated. We arrived after 9 p.m. The email with the code for entry was never received and we had to wait a bit for the owner to reply due to the late arrival time. Only 1 bathroom and it is very small which was fine for us but could pose an issue for larger groups. Our sheets and pillow cases smelled like mildew, like the cleaning people left them in the washer for a day before drying. I checked the laundry on the porch and those sheets smelled bad too.
