Brilliant location, lovely house
We had a fantastic time at the property, enjoying the small pool, the countryside feel, and yet being so close to Sarlat, supermarkets and all the major attractions and activities.

Very private retreat
Lovely place to stay with beautiful views from the upstairs windows. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photo. Owners very helpful and discreet always contacted us before coming to the property. Would recommend.

wonderful hosts, amazing location and property. got to practice my french for the first time in ten years. will definitely be going back. hôtes merveilleux, emplacement et propriété étonnante. j'ai pu pratiquer mon français pour la première fois en dix ans. y retournerons certainement.

Really enjoyable stay
We had a lovely week in Sarlat. Our hosts Gille and Nellie were friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was just right for 2 adults although well set up for a child too. It was clean and well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq area and the garden was amazing. We would definitely come back but with English DVDs this time!

Small but perfectly formed
You only rent the tower which is adequate for a couple with maybe one child. The pool is lovely and the garden has plenty of child friendly elements. The pool has a child alarm and can easily be made secure by use of gates. The property has everything you would need for a weeks holiday in summer ( but might be a bit cramped in winter time). The owners are the most delightful people you could ever wish to meet although they speak hardly any English. Situate 5 minutes from the local supermarket and the beautiful town of Sarlat. There is an endless supply of historic sites within a half hour drive. Literal dozens of restaurants and bars in the town. One thing for the Brits to note is that the pillows are the French square ones so our standard oblong pillow cases are a minor issue. At the price in the beautiful dordogne this is a bargain.

Le séjour sur 4 jours pleins s’est très bien passé… le logement était prévu pour 3 personnes … très bien ! Dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine qui a eu quelques problèmes ponctuels suite à de grosses pluies sur les jours précédents… Accueil parfait Discrétion de la propriétaire… WE amélioré super avec le beau temps retrouvé… On reviendra

Nous avons apprécié la tour périgourdine, la propreté, la proximité pour visites châteaux et jardins ainsi que pour les randonnées. Gîte au calme avec vue sur la campagne, piscine appréciée bien que l'eau était un peu fraîche en septembre. Accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire au top !

Excellent séjour dans cette jolie tour périgourdine, fonctionnelle en tout point, très propre, Super piscine. Deux semaines au calme car très bien située et proche des commerces. Très bon séjour dans un super logement
Appartement tout confort, mais pas pour personne à mobilité réduite : Accueil super sympa de la part des propriétaires. Logement proche de tous commerces (en voiture) et de Sarlat, ainsi que des principaux sites du Périgord Noir. Nous avons apprécié la piscine privée uniquement pour nous, eau à 24°, le barbecue ainsi que tous les équipements mis à notre disposition et les conseils sur les restaurants et boutiques de produits locaux de la part des propriétaires.

Grande satisfaction
Maison très bien située aux portes de Sarlat, les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec le sourire et nous ont conseiller sur les restaurants et visites de la région. Le gîte est très bien équipé, la piscine privée réservé au gîte est entretenue ainsi que le jardin. Maison propre et au calme sans nuisances et sans vis-à-vis. Le paradis. Nous y retournerons.

Location ideale!
Superbe séjour dans le Périgord. Location parfaite en tout point. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Les propriétaires sont à disposition et très discret durant le séjour. L extérieur est parfait, la piscine est plus grande que sur les photos, pas de nuisance, le calme après une bonne journée de visite. L'intérieur dispose de tout le confort necessaire, rien ne manquait pour passer un bon séjour La propriété est à proximite de tout. Ravi de notre passage à Sarlat.

Des vacances reposantes et tout en douceur
Hôtes très agréables, disponibles et discrets. Le logement est très propre, bien conçu avec de vastes espaces extérieurs privatifs et bien aménagés. 2 terrasses ombragées si besoin, piscine, solarium... Belle vue sur la campagne environnante. Sarlat et les commodités sont proches. Le logement lui est au calme.

sehr schönes Objekt mit tollem Pool
Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in dem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Haus. Der zweigeschossige Turm grenzt direkt an den Hausteil der Besitzer, aber man ist trotzdem sehr für sich. Der Raum im Erdgeschoss (mit Küchenzeile) ist nicht groß, aber bei schönem Wetter absolut ausreichend. Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Garten haben wir gar nicht wirklich genutzt, aber allein der Anblick vom Essplatz im Freien war schön. Der Pool wirkt auf den Bildern kleiner als er in WIrklichkeit ist, man kann gut (im Kreis) schwimmen. Sarlat ist zwar ziemlich touristisch, aber davon bekommt man in dem Haus nichts mit, weil es außerhalb der Stadt liegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es sehr empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un séjour très appréciable chez M. et Mme Devaux qui sont des propriétaires très agréables et sympathiques. La propriété est très bien aménagée pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine permet une bonne détente après de nombreuses visites qui s'offrent à nous aux alentours. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Un cadre exceptionnel et un accueil des plus chaleureux par les propriétaires
Venus en couple pour nous mettre au vert pendant deux semaines, nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour. Gilles et Nelly, les propriétaires des lieux sont gentiment venus nous cherchés à notre arrivée car nous nous étions perdus dans les proches environs. A la découverte des lieux, la jolie tour était tout à fait conforme à sa description, charmante, fonctionnelle et indépendante. La piscine privée et le jardin extrêmement bien entretenus ont fait notre bonheur selon les heures de la journée ! L'emplacement de la location étant également au coeur de nombreux sites historiques (entre 10 et 30 kilomètres alentours) nous en avons également pris plein les yeux. Ajoutez à tout cela la gentillesse des propriétaires, ce séjour nous laisse de bien jolis souvenirs et nous projetons déjà de revenir chez Nelly et Gilles pour de nouvelles aventures en Périgord ! :)

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette tour ayant tout le confort. Le lieu est très propre et les équipements complets pour des vacances. Nous souhaitions calme et tranquillité : parfait ! Il y a toujours un petit coin ombragé sur la terrasse au-dessus d'un jardin fleuri et très sympathique. Stratégiquement bien placé pour visiter les vallées de la Dordogne et de la Vézère. Les propriétaires sont charmants, discrets et pleins de gentilles attentions (j'ai gardé le Bergerac pour Noël :-)). Nous conservons précieusement cette adresse car un jour peut-être...
