The floating dock was pulled out of the water and placed on the beach area, which didn't leave too much bank area for fishing, and obstructed the view of the water from the chair swing. “Great spot to attend a wedding at Autumn Lane. Very close. Very clean and comfy. We had two dogs, so the multiple inner doors helped with keeping them managed and safe as we stepped in and out. Everyone slept well. The electric fireplace was cozy. We loved the thoughtfulness of wine and beer. Our only concern was a lack of microwave safe dishes. Good thing we read labels. Everything else carefully appointed and convenient.”

“The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?”

It was disappointing when I called about the oven not working on our last night and was told no one would come out (since they were out of town and it was our last night anyway). It was nice to have access to kayaks and paddle boards to see the lake.”

“This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.”
