“It took over an hour to check-in. We just stood in a long queue that barely moved since those at the reception took their sweet time working through checking everyone in. We booked a queen room, got a full bed instead, and the room was so tiny we could barely move without bumping into each other and the furniture.”

“Room was too small and not in a good proportion to the price charged. Poor amenities - paper cups with Teflon coating health risk and with environmental hazards. No glass or mug despite the request. Broken coffee maker. We had to buy our own mugs and kettle! Super noisy air conditioner which will disturb you during day time and scare you at night when sleeping. This is another thing must be fixed asap. Slow response - room services. Friendly, diligent and helpful staff at breakfast. Good……
