“Communication with the property owners was great, the rental was very clean, and the location was great for us! It was nice to be able to hang out in the kitchen/common area and shut the bedroom door when our little one was asleep.”

“Everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. (That's not always a given!) It's so close to the beach and parking wasn't an issue, though it was off-season. The only thing I would advise is that even though it may technically sleep, that's counting 2 people (kids) in each of the twin beds. We had an extra adult and 2 teens, so the oldest stayed on the couch. But overall we REALLY enjoyed our stay! I would recommend to anyone. I'd love to come back in the summer. It's a prime location.”

“First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement...

“Beautiful space with alot of room. Great location to explore the Hampton’s and Montauk. Everything was clean and new, really enjoyed our stay!”

“4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay.”
