Location!
Perfect location to walk to beach and all the village. The unit is super clean. Most nights the street noises ended by 11.

The place was great for a short, quick trip for Spring Training. The only thing to note, the music is loud when there is a live band near by so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper or not a night owl.

Right in the heart of the Village and minutes to the beach so perfect for where we wanted to spend our time! Location is over local restaurant so keep in mind if stairs are an issue for anyone.

Cute,clean but noisy
The placebis cute and clean but the outside noise during my stay was unbearable. Granted it was Thanksgiving. The bar and street noise from 8p to 2am makes sleep impossible. I thoughr it might be ok because it was Thanksgiving but a lot was open,people were drinking and the band was playing. Nothing you can do but sleep a couple of hours .

The place was great. Walkable distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. However, the loud music at night time keeps you up despite taking sleeping pills. Also, i’d prefer that the check out time be at 11/12 not 10 am.

Nice little apt above a downtown restaurant
This little apt had most everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and had beach towels, chairs, and umbrella and enough kitchen items to make a few simple meals. It was a little warm sleeping, could have used a fan in the bedroom, but the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Parking was tight behind the building, but we didn’t need to take the car out often because almost everything we wanted to go to was within walking distance!

Nice Place
The condo was nice and clean. It was small and cozy. The location was perfect for being close to all the action, but it could get a little loud on weekend nights. The hosts always answered questions quickly.

No Sun Lots of Noise
The VRBO add never states that the unit is located above a pizza restaurant. Good thing you don’t have to drive anywhere. Once your in parking spot #3 it’s nearly impossible to get out past the yellow protection poles and the pick up trucks parked in other spots. First night the drunks were yelling below our bedroom window until 2AM in morning. Speaking of windows, our living area did not have any windows. It was like living in a jail cell, never knowing if it was day or night. There’s an open stairway to the units on the second floor. The music from the next door pub SKOB channels up this stairwell all night. The facility is neat and clean though the sleeper sofa has no support when using as a couch. I can continue on with the issues of this particular unit but I hope you can get the idea. If you like darkness, lots of noise every night and impossible parking arrangements, this is the place for you. On a finishing note; this was my wife’s and my first trip to Siesta Key. We love the island but when we return it will be elsewhere.

Hi Gary. Appreciate this feedback. We will definitely add this into the listing. Believe it or not, everyone loves staying at our Suites above the restaurant. You are in the Heart of the Village and can't be in a better location. You also came during our peak season time so things tend to be a little more busy and loud in Feb and March. Short Weekend Stay
My husband and I had never been to the area and just wanted to check it out. It was a great stay. The place was comfortable and clean and we never even had to get in the car. Everything including the beach, small shops and restaurants were within a quarter mile or less. We would stay again!

Perfect getaway close to the beach
This apartment was so close to everything I needed during my trip to Siesta Key. A quick walk to the beach and can grab a pizza on the way home from the shop right below the unit. Loved how centrally located it was to all the restaurants and bars and found myself popping in and out in between bar hopping. Would definitely book this unit in the future.

Perfect location for an easy vacation
This place was exactly what we were looking for. Right in the heart of the village surrounded by all of the restaurants and bars and just a 5 min walk to the beach. It was the perfect home-base. If we had to drop something off or stop home it was not out of the way at all. Property manager was responsive and easy to contact. Definitely check out Bonjour French cafe downstairs for great breakfast and SKOB next door for great live music each night. We can’t wait to come back and stay in the same place.

The Location was great. right in the middle of the strip. We were actually on the second floor above a pizzeria. Place was very clean and new. Not as big as it looks. but plenty big.

Like others mentioned, it was a bit noisy at night, but by the time we settled in for the night we were so tired from busy days it didn’t matter. Loved the proximity to the beach and everything in Siesta Key Village.

Perfect location. 2 minute walk to beach and downtown Siesta key village right outside your door with tons of restaurants and shops. Lots of amenities in the house. Just be aware that parking is extremely tight. Another concern for some people might be the noise. Loud music and shouting from area restaurants and bars went on til after 2am. We are heavy sleepers so it didn’t bother us.
