"We had seven adults, two kids under ten, and a dog. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. The house is very well appointed with linens, dishes, utensils, etc. All the rooms have oscillating fans which is nice if you sleep with a fan on for the white noise. The access to Silver Lake across the street is great, the front and back decks and outdoor areas are very comfortable, and the access to the silver lake dunes orv area is great. Five minute drive. "This property was within walking distance to pretty much everything. The Art and BBQ Festival was happening the same weekend as our stay. We were able to walk there and back easily. The beach is so close, the dune buggy rentals and the dunes themselves are also very close. It was perfect for our trip!"

"The property is not as described: it’s listed as a 9 bedroom property, it only has 8 rooms and one of those, the “loft”shouldn’t count as a bedroom. The loft has a small 3’ x 3’ opening that you have to crawl through to access the room. This posed a major problem for us, as we expected 9 bedrooms and only has 7.
