“The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. ”

“This villa was just on the border of Spanish Springs close to Lake Sumter. It is an older villa. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels and linens. Master bathroom is very small. In my opinion, I think it was a bit overpriced……newer villas that are more updated with a golf cart are priced the same as this one. Owners did a great job with the new flooring through the home. The golf cart was a great to have! It was nice they supplied the garage with a gas can so I could fill up the tank to...

“The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!”
