“This is an absolute beautiful spot on the river. Our 3 night stay was wonderful especially the bear watching as well as all the other birds and fish visible from your living room windows. The first day we had a mother bear and 3 cubs come down to the other side of the river to eat some salmon that were swimming in the water. The beds were very comfortable and it was really nice having a sink and toilet off of the master bedroom. This unit is on the top floor which was fine for us however……

“Located in a quiet residential area of Campbell River, we had a lovely 5 nights staying here- it's a lovely peaceful place to stay with amazing views out over the water and it has it's own little beach.Easy to find with friendly owners who are on the property's site.The accommodation really well thoughtful features inside. Just north of the town centre so an easy drive in.”

“Jason was a great host, very responsive when replying to any questions we had and the electronic "brochure" he has created is a great idea.The property is fantastic, with lots of space and fantastic views across the Strait of Georgia - unfortunately we didn't spot any whales from the deck, but there were bald eagles, sea lions and seals which compensated somewhat!The property is very private and well furnished and we would have no hesitation in recommending it.”

“This listing has all the amenities of any hotel I have been to. The open concept, remodeled kitchen and bathroom come fully stocked. The kitchen comes with everything you need, just bring your food. The coastal vibe of the bathroom is perfect. The bonus is the TV room with fireplace and access to a large deck with plenty of seating and a barbeque. Quiet seating is provided next to the dining room.The bedrooms were comfortable and cosy. The cental location in Herriot Bay made exploring……

The Carriage house was absolutely perfect for 2 couples to comfortably spend time gazing at the beautiful Discovery Passage watching the seals, sea lions, cruise ships, seaplanes taking off and landing and magnificent eagles do their thing right in front of us. The house is located very close to so many wonderful sights that the Island has to offer including water adventures (recommend Discovery West Adventures), waterfalls,……
