This accomodation had appealed to me because of the location, the secure gate, and the sauna. They lived up to all my expectations. I think it's a real hidden gem. I stayed on the ground floor in 101. I sat on my comfortable clean couch, watching sea lions feast on salmon on the river. How amazing is that? I also really appreciate the cleanliness of the room, and the friendliness of the front desk check in.

You cannot beat the views here. I opted for a room on the third floor and we had great views of the river. Much time was spent watching fisherman and seals! We were very comfortable and had everything we could need for a three night stay.

Fantastic experience. The property location is out of the way without being a chore. Room was a pleasant surprise, large living room and in unit sauna. Amazing river views. Sunny was very accommodating to late arrival and I will definitely be returning

What an unbelievable spot in Campbell River. Literally on top of the River. The suite was massive and very well kept. The in suite sauna was epic. The manager was excellent. Accommodated my late check in without issue. I was here for a work trip, but I will be back in salmon season. You could *almost* fish from your deck...

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is very well managed. In the positive side, the in suite sauna and view of the river were appreciated. The kitchen was decently appointed and the suite was very clean. On the negative side, the building has almost zero soundproofing and was brutally loud. You can literally hear conversations from the surrounding units. I would recommend staying on the top floor to avoid some of the noise iverhead. The area immediately around the hotel is a little sketchy, but there are some decent coffee shops a few blocks away. The hotel itself has a security gate, so we felt that our vehicle was secure during our stay.
