    Inside, you’ll find 1,380 sq. ft. of thoughtfully updated living space with cozy coastal décor. The 200 sq. ft. Florida room is perfect for morning coffee, board games, or a breezy afternoon nap. Outside, enjoy over 400 sq. ft. of deck space to grill, lounge, and soak in the canal views—where manatees are frequent and unforgettable visitors.

We had a great time with our family. We could kayak right to the Upper Deck for dinner. It was a 30 min drive to multiple springs and fishing charters. Such a good time and a different “Florida” experience.

EVERYTHING about my stay was amazing! The check in was simple, the house was immaculate, everything was provided inside and outside and most importantly the home was very pet friendly for my fur babies. The host was accommodating and would respond to me immediately. I can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at Weeki Wachie. The house was perfect. Very clean and right on the water. We saw so many Manatees right by our dock. We couldn't believe it! We will be back next year

We had an impromptu trip due to our house having to be tented (gotta love Florida) so we wanted to make a little family vacation put of the inconvenience. However, we have 3 decent sized dogs and finding a place that would allow us to bring them was difficult. Dave and Kelly helped us out and allowed us to bring them. Not only did my kids have an amazing time jumping off the dock and onto the landing mat the dogs couldnt have had a better time. Everything we could of needed was there. And any questions I had were answered quickly. My kids now want to live on the river.

Perfect getaway

Great stay. Hosts were extremely communicative. Check in and out was very easy. Location is great. We loved floating rigjt in front of rhe house.

We will be back! Amazing stay, awesome hosts and being able to bring our whole family with the pups included was icing on the cake! Only suggestion I have is to bring a blow dryer if you want one :) everything was great though ! Thanks so much for the great stay !

Tranquility

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. Spent two months there, it had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood, access to the river was awesome and just sitting on the deck enjoying the sun was enjoyable.watching manatees or fishing.

Family time Labor Day weekend 2024

Fun Labor Day weekend with the fam! Kayaking, swimming, grilling and chilling. This place was well accommodated and the perfect spot to spend some time together.

We did not bring pets, but it was pet friendly. The house was everything it said it was online. It was in very good condition. It was very convenient. We were able to see Manatees going down the Canal. Restaurants were close. We would stay there again.

Great stay in Weeki Wachee

We were in Weeki Wachee for our daughter’s wedding. Wonderful weekend! Kelly and Dave are extremely accommodating and responsive! Great little place for a nice getaway!
