The space Waterfront, pool, tiki, spacious. This two-story haven offers a lot of space, and several hangout areas. Whether you desire a cozy retreat to unwind with a book or a lively gathering space to entertain friends and family, the multiple floors provide the perfect setting for all your needs. 1st floor - through the front door: \- guest bathroom \- bedroom with 2 bunk beds (Sleeps 4) with large hang out area complete with a couch, table and wall mounted 55" smart TV \- kitchenette - has fridge, kitchen island, stools, sink, extra hightop seating. \- pool access 2nd floor - up the stairs: \- guest bathroom \- washer & dryer \- master bedroom with king bed \- bathroom in master \- bedroom 3 with 2 queen beds \- sunroom \- full kitchen \- living room \- dining area \- loaded coffee bar Indulge in the coastal lifestyle with the inviting tiki hut located by the water's edge. We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, which is why we gladly welcome them.
