"We have stayed at this property several times and will continue to come back!Any communication with the owners is top-notch and this place lacks NOTHING!Everything you could imagine you may need, it's here!The location of the home is perfect! You are within walking distance to the Upper Deck if you want to sit and enjoy the view along with the kayakers, boaters AND manatee while enjoying a meal, a snack or a drink!One of our favorite things to do is sit on the homes deck and watch the boaters by go... It's great entertainment and we have seen so many manatee from this exact spot!I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!We will be back again!!!"

"Property is clean and high quality. It is not directly on weeki wachee but has a salt spring feeding the creek behind it. Plenty of amenities for families to enjoy. Overall loved our stay and would stay again!"

"Great location and the host was timely with communication! Location was good for access to fish in the gulf and people watch from the house. Saw a dolphin and manatees pass by the house as well."

"Everything was as shown in the pictures. Cleanliness was excellent. We had 6 people stay comfortably, and probably could have brought 1 or 2 more people, but more than that would be a stretch. We saw several manatees even though it was the ofd season, 1 was right outside the property. Really liked the activity room and the screened in porch."
Little House on the River - on main river not canal,includes kayaks,paddle-board

"We loved our stay at The Little House On The River. The location was perfect and the house was very clean & had everything we needed. I love that the house is pet friendly, we took our 14 year old blind dog on what will probably be his last vacation & he loved it. We brought our goboats and were able to tie them right off the dock when we weren't using them, my son preferred to use the provided kayaks though. It was amazing to see a few manatees right off the dock. If I ever return to Florida I would definitely rent this house again."
