Very clean and cozy. Super convenient location. Enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. Only thing I would recommend is a no smell laundry detergent as we are sensitive to smells and some items in the house that were washed had a strong smell for us. Otherwise no complaints

We had such a wonderful time staying in this home!!! It is absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. We were able to see a few manatees swim up the canal from there. Also, there are so many little "extras" in this place! If there was anything that you may have forgotten to pack, i would be willing to bet they have it there already. The kayaks and paddle board are a must as well. My whole family loved paddling around the canals. We will definitely be staying here again if we make it back to the Weeki Wachee area. Thank you again for having such a wonderful place for my family and I to stay on our summer vacation.

Amazing house and location

My family absolutely loved staying here! Tons of stuff to do on the river and the house is beautiful. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this was the first time I felt at home. We will definitely be coming back!

3 Weeks of Awesome

We've stayed in the area before, but first time at this home.It had absolutely everything we needed. We had friends join us for a while, plenty big and lots of areas to have your own space with the screened in area downstairs and the various sitting areas.Kayaked every day, great areas for walking and enjoying our vacation.Would strongly recommend this property.

Fabulous

Great vacation

We have stayed at a lot of properties before, but this house surpasses them all. Its location is fantastic. The house was immaculate, there is nothing that you would ever need. We would have coffee in the morning on the upper deck and watch the manatees swimming down the river. They supplied the kayaks, which was a great deal of fun.

Amazing!

The location is incredible. You can sit on the patio and watch all the kayaks and boats go by. We took the kayaks out and saw manatees. We would even see manatees pass by the house while overlooking from above. The house is just beautiful. The beds were lovely. The kitchen is well stocked with spices. It was beautifully decorated and was very beachy which we loved.Communication was great, even when I asked if they had a coffee machine she returned my text quickly which was nice.I loved it and so did the other guests. I would definitely rent again.

Great location!

Very clean and great location! Enjoyed sitting in the screened porch and hot tub! Great location for people watching and kayaking! The home was stocked with everything needed to grill and cook with family. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

The house and property exceeds expectations! We had everything we needed at our fingertips and the owners really go above and beyond to think of all the little things you might need while staying. Being able to launch the provided kayaks from the backyard was amazing and the surrounding waterways are beautiful. We all want to go back to this property again as soon as possible!!!

Relaxing and fun!

This is the perfect spot on the Weeki Wachee for manatee viewing and quick access to hospital hole. The kitchen is well equipped for in home meals and family gatherings, friends too! Hubby says thanks for the prep table next to the grill! Probably the best guest home I’ve ever seen or stayed! Thanks for your quick response when we had questions.

a beautiful house with a well stocked kitchen

My grandson wanted to move in the house is so beautiful and well decorated. Being on the river was very relaxing and convenient. We took the kayaks out every day and enjoyed paddling on the river and looking for manatees. My grandson even saw some otters. The house is near the kayak rental so I enjoyed people watching; noise was not an issue for us and I liked the activity, which is limited to about 9 am to about 6 pm and after that it is complete silence. We liked being able to walk to the restaurant which is about 3 houses down. I'm very glad we chose this spot in Florida for the week. Better than the beach.

You won’t regret staying here!

Loved this space and location. You will have everything you need and then some. Book now if you want to chill by the water and watch the manatees and dolphins go by. The best of old Florida!

The home, property and location were better than I could have asked for. Cleanest vrbo that I’ve stayed in. The home was fully stocked and well organized. The hosts were easy and quick with communication. We saw manatees everyday!

Our group had a wonderful time together in this beautiful house! We kayaked up and down the River, even saw three dolphins playing 10 ft from The kayaks so close we could hear them breathing.! When we sat on the porch people kayaking by would yell we love your house.We all want to come back next yearhouse...

Second Visit

We visited about 1.5 year ago and wanted to return. The house is spacious. clean and comfortable. Its very well equipped. The location on the river cannot be beat. We are able to bring our small dog and we enjoyed our stay once again.
