Very clean and cozy. Super convenient location. Enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. Only thing I would recommend is a no smell laundry detergent as we are sensitive to smells and some items in the house that were washed had a strong smell for us. Otherwise no complaints

We had such a wonderful stay at Coastal River Dreams!The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need plus more for a relaxing vacation.We especially loved kayaking every day and spending time at Roger's Park, it was the perfect way to soak up the natural beauty of Weeki Wachee. 3 Weeks of Awesome

We've stayed in the area before, but first time at this home.It had absolutely everything we needed. We had friends join us for a while, plenty big and lots of areas to have your own space with the screened in area downstairs and the various sitting areas.Kayaked every day, great areas for walking and enjoying our vacation.Would strongly recommend this property.

Our group had a wonderful time together in this beautiful house! We kayaked up and down the River, even saw three dolphins playing 10 ft from The kayaks so close we could hear them breathing.! When we sat on the porch people kayaking by would yell we love your house.We all want to come back next yearhouse...

Excellent river vacation!

My family is in love with this property. The house is beautiful, perfectly decorated, in an excellent location on the river and it provides everything you need. We had a really nice vacation and cant wait to return next year.

Great place right on the Weeki Wachee river

We had an unforgettable stay at this gorgeous home right on the Weeki Wachee River! Tonya and Toby are fabulous hosts. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property. The house is spacious, impeccably decorated, and has all the comforts of home. The large windows offer stunning views of the river, and the outdoor deck is perfect for relaxing while watching boats and kayakers glide by.One of the highlights of our trip was the kayaking! The river is calm and crystal clear, making it the perfect spot for paddling. We enjoyed hours on the water, exploring the beautiful surroundings and even spotting a few manatees. The house also provides kayaks, which made everything so convenient and fun.Inside, the home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials, and the living spaces are cozy and inviting. This rental truly offers the best of both worlds – a beautiful home with incredible riverfront views and easy access to outdoor activities. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

Another fantastic stay at Coastal River Dreams

Perfection! The location and river are amazing, and the house is beautiful and so well cared for. We love it and look forward to many more visits! We saw so many manatees and several baby ones even. The tree top view is incredible, and I could stay on that balcony all day! The owners are wonderful and always available to answer any questions or help in anyway. Truly a 5-star resort ambiance.

Mermaid Paradise

This little vacation rental is what dreams are made of. They have thought of every detail and it shows. This is worth every single penny. We spent 4 days here fishing, kayaking with manatees and scalloping a few minutes away. Book here and you will be so pleased you did. We’ve already rebooked for next year.

Even better the 2nd time!

Tonya and Toby have added even more amenities that make this property feel like home. Still the best location on the river for people watching (who needs a TV with entertainment like that?), a fabulous sunset view and all the comforts of home. There really are no negatives. Hoping to be back soon!

What a grand time and fabulous home!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Toby and Tonya were thoughtful, responsive, and fabulous hosts. The house was decorated in a fun and festive manner (both for the holidays and for the location). Our adult daughters loved the themes of their bedrooms! The view off the deck of the Weeki Wachee river was fabulous. We loved that the view looked to the Weeki Wachee protected land and not another house. The deck afforded us a lot of great people watching during the day as paddlers and boaters went by and peaceful evenings and mornings without a soul in site. We even saw a manatees almost every day! The house was the most well-stocked and outfitted we had stayed in. The kitchen had a wonderful array of spices and other pantry staples and just about any cooking utensil you could hope for! It was very handy to have the washer and dryer as well. We loved the hot tub and the screened area with the large sectional sofa. But our favorite part by far was the SUP and they kayaks. The waters were so clear!I highly recommend Toby and Tonya and their home. We would stay with them again in a heart beat!
