The hotel is fantastic, love the clean lines and cleanliness is immaculate. The breakfast got a little old but we were there 10 days and we did always have great coffee and a choice of food We think improvement can be made in the front desk staff, only one man on the weekend made anyone feel welcome. The girls are efficient and meet guest needs but always staring at the computer they need customer relation training! The maintenance and maid service is super and friendly.

This property is very clean and room was quiet, clean, spacious and breakfast was good. I was very pleased with my stay!!! I would definitely stay here again!

Good, but not perfect...
Overall very good, but just a couple of minor issues which we didn't report so we cannot complain. The night stand light had a short in the switch and the charger ports in the nightstand didn't work.

Very clean. Very quiet. Quick overnight trip with my daughter for a track meet in Fayetteville. Staff very friendly. Suite was huge. Really more than we needed but great value.

Room excellent beds were firm. Cleanliness top notch. Large room. Only complaint was nosiness outside late at night and others along the hallway. Which neither is the hotels fault. Would stay again.

The girls at the front desk were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Our reservation number had not been transmitted before check-in. The girls called and retrieved the information while we sat and took a relaxing break!
