It fit us perfectly and was an easy check-in and check-out process. The kids loved being able to play at the small park area and pickleball courts. Hopefully next time it won’t be snowing so we can check out the pool and hot tub areas. This is a beautiful townhome-it is just as clean and bright in real life as it is in the photos. Check-in and check-out were easy; we had no issues. Amy answered the couple of questions I had very quickly. Our group of 11 (10 adults and a baby) was very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. The living room sofa, beds, and bedding were all comfortable. We used the hot tubs and pool every day (plenty of pool towels!). It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We were four older adults (50ish) coming down to enjoy a show, and we stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. The property is just as it appears in the images. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms to use, and the property was spotlessly clean. We had a few hiccups -- there was parking right out front and the owner mentioned the unit was supposed to have parking, but those spots were always full. It was a big event weekend in the city (the St. George Marathon), so that was probably the reason, but we ended up finding a spot just a short walk away. Speaking of the owner, she was great. We had a few questions for her and she was very prompt with her answers. There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was exceptionally clean and well organized. Checking in was a breeze. The host was great at getting back to us quickly when we had a question. We liked the location since it was close to lots of hikes, mountain biking trails, and restaurants. When we come back into town we will definitely come back here.
