Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Downtown/Convention Center. I had a really good stay. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff was super helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.I would highly recommend the Courtyard St. Louis Downtown/Convention Center to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in downtown St. Louis. It's a great option for both business and leisure travelers.
The Courtyard at the downtown convention is a nice place to stay. It is on an upscale level compared to the Courtyards off the highway.I would stay there again
Great location. Great service. Really nice lobby and bar area on the first floor. Nice and spacious room. I even had a nice view of the river and the old St Louis Rams football stadium. St Louis is on the up again. I felt very safe walking around a very clean downtown. Even at night.
The room was very nice! Exactly what we needed! It didnt have lotion. Unsure if that was a mistake, or they just dont provide it there. Otherwise all good!
The hotel was very comfortable with large rooms. We took a family of 8 and had plenty of space for all of us with 2 rooms that each had 2 queen beds. This hotel does not have a pool which was a little disappointing for the kids. It was an easy walk to the Dome at America’s Center with plenty of eating options within walkable distance as well. We would definitely book this hotel for future events.
I did not like my check in experience. The check in clerk was Not friendly at all and a bit agressive when asking for my payment. Meaning she asked me to put my card in the card reader very harshly but didnt explain my charges or the amount. I literally had to ask what and how much was the additional charge because I knew how much room and tax was but she was just like... Put your card in. Instead of saying. Oh i see you paid room and tax online but the hotel also charges a 50.00 incidental fee. Information and being polite goes a long way. The room was clean but the pipes are old. The water spat out hard when I initially turned on the water in the bathroom and it took 3 flushes just for a simple flush to go down the toilet. No drinking waters for guest are in the rooms , seems weird for a Marriott and self parking is $35.00. $15-$20 I can understand but for this property and location (downtown St. Louis??) $35 is ridiculous!!!! The bed was rather hard. I am very familiar with Marriott properties and I belive they are known for their very comfortable mattresses. This did not apply for this particular stay. But my room was clean which I can definitely appreciate. It served it's purpose for what it was.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience while staying with us.Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I understand how frustrating it can be to have to pay additionally for parking. Similar to other major downtown areas, St. Louis is no different in having paid for parking options. Even though it is costly, we do try and remain the most competitive compared to our neighboring hotels.Additionally, I will be sure to have a conversation with the agent who checked you in to ensure things like that don't occur in the future. Our apologies, seeing that is not the hotel nor the brand expectation. I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.
Was shocked that it cost $45 per day for parking! There seemed to be an extra charge for everything. We even had to pay for coffee!! Nowhere did it state we had to pay to park when booking. We are paying guest. Shouldn't have to pay extra to park where we already paid to stay. Buyer beware!!!!

Hello Paul and thank you for choosing to stay with us! Similar to other downtown areas, St. Louis is no different with paid for parking options. We do have several areas throughout the booking process that offer information in regards to our paid for parking options. I understand how frustrating that can be and I do apologize for that. I do hope you enjoyed your visit to St. Louis and the westward views from the 21st floor!
Didn’t like that parking was not included. If he has to pay, it should have been a lot cheaper. We had to pay $45 to walk over half a block with all of our luggage in the rain.
Have stayed here several times and will continue to stay when in town. Affordable, spacious rooms, close parking, walkable to many St. Louis staples. Staff is always friendly and informative. Keys required to access exterior doors and elevators.
Friendly professional staff. Furnishings were lovely and well maintained. I am a lady that traveled alone. I felt quite safe. I would absolutely stay there again.
I had an amazing experience! Customer service was exceptional!!!! The facility was aesthetically wonderful and clean. I certainly will continue to patronize the Marriott for travel moving forward. Thanks to all for the best experiences in recent travels!!
No onsite parking, a little scary walking from the garage to our hotel with the homeless. The staff was not very friendly either. Room was ok, but was very loud. You could hear everything from other rooms. I wouldn’t stay here again.
