Really enjoyed our stay. Nicely equipped studio. Very small shower. Would have liked a larger TV and provided with TV channel listing. Will definitely stay again.

Pros on this property: Easy parking, updated and clean rooms, private balcony, close to downtown Dunedin, great view of the water and the tiki bar Cons: the room smelled like a musty cabin for the first 2 days of our 4 day stay, the bed was really hard, and they had a serious lack of a decent coffee maker. It was an affordable place to stay and overall okay.

Some units at this resort have individual owners but are managed by the resort. You never know which units are which when you book online. Our room #201, had a mattress that was extremely old, springs popping through the fabric and hard as a rock. Because it was not owned by the resort, nothing could be done during our two night stay. In fairness, we were provided a discount. Would stay here again but would not book online.

I liked the property and location. There is a suite for check in and no lobby. The bar/restaurant looked to be a little dated, but we would go back. The room was in great shape and the location is gorgeous.

Who knew? Right in Dunedin
Awesome! The room was clean and AC worked great. It had a fridge, stovetop, and sink so we were able to bring food/ drink with us. We did eat at the restaurant downstairs. The food and service were good. They gave us a free sunset shot. We ate at Eddie's across the street as well, equally good. We live local and it was a perfect getaway. We'll be back!

Comfortable short stay
The unit was small but well appointed . The bed was very comfortable. All and all a good property . The bathroom shower could benefit with a deep cleaning mildew removing scrub. Otherwise all was nice . The waitress at the restaurant was very good and attentive and the manager at reservations took care of a mix up on the dating . Efficiently and quickly. Good customer service.

Very nice accommodations, regular studio hotel room with kitchenette and balcony. Could see a little water view from entrance. Warm pool and cold pool, your choice. Bar facilities with food on premises overlooking the bay with boat dock. Free bicycles to use to tour around downtown. Downside to the hotel was only one elevator, at the opposite end of our accommodation and on the 4th floor, using the stairs or elevator was a little hike. Parking was decent, just may compete with bar folks at times. Close to Eddies a 3 bar establishment serving good food.

Beautiful waterfront patio with pool and jetted spa. The room was lovely and spacious, the staff was congenial and efficient, and there's a good tiki bar/restaurant right on the property.

My stay at this property was a mixed bag. The guest room was spacious and well lighted. The kitchenette was well supplied and the bathroom was bright and clean. The room was spotlessly clean! The hot water was never hot, just warm enough to shower with and not be cold. The road noise was constant and loud. The elevator was on the opposite end of the building from where check-in is located. The office hours at this property are extremely limited. Parking was never an issue. Both pools were nicely heated and the hot tub was comfortably warm. My main complaint about this property is that the front desk makes a photo copy of your Driver License and then scans it into a data base that it keeps on file. I found that to be way above and beyond a risk for idenity theft to occur. I was never asked for a credit card or any other form of ID. They would not return the copy made of my Driver License when I was checking out. Overall the property is pretty nice and well maintained but I will not stay here again because of the Driver License issue.

I love this place. I stay here ever year for my bday. It’s within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. Only a few minute drive to the beach.

The location is great. The room took forever to be prepared- it was close to 5pm before we could get in. The restaurant was not open for coffee on Sunday. The check out is 10am which is a little unusual- most hotels are 11am - it is a charming place to stay - cute Tiki bar

A great stay
We decided late in the day to turn our one-day stay into a 2-day one, and we’re glad we did. Our second floor kitchenette room faced the gulf, and despite the fact the Marker 8 bar was immediately below, we were undisturbed…it’s a lively place to eat (play-off on the night we ate there). 2 pools (the heated one and the hot-tub for guests) made this a memorable stay. Dunedin a great base too. Very friendly and helpful staff…we had an out-of-hours plumbing issue, and the maintenance guy came along within 10 minutes to sort it. Would definitely stay here again if we get back to the Florida west coast.
