Responsive Host and Great Location
We loved our stay here. It’s close to the beach and near great places to eat. It’s also near other attractions such as Clearwater Aquarium. Check-in was a simple self-service, and the property manager was very responsive. Great place!

Amazing location. Short walk to the beach and lovely places to eat/shop/see near by. Pictures are accurate to house. Plenty of space and everything you need. Would love to come again if we are ever back in the area.

Excellent Getaway!
Wonderful location! Short walk to the beach in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We are back in New England now and we really miss your place. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, etc. Publix not too far away. Accessible restaurants. We would happily return.

Peace by the sea
Comfy. Perfect location.I was learning at beach art center and the property was close to it and very close to the beach. Mango smoothie at The Kooky Cocnut was just right.Loved the Bbq on the porch. Management was great to work with

Marathon and visit
My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I stayed in Carter’s Beach Villa A for a long weekend so my husband and daughter could run the Clearwater Marathon. Bruce was a lovely and responsive host. The condo is adorable. It’s bright and sunny: well appointed with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and tasteful decorations. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to the beach and a nice assortment of restaurants. We had a lovely weekend, made better by such nice accommodations.

This is the place....
No issues , great back yard if you don't want to go to the beach but want to hang in the sun in quiet.... Beach cart was provided for the short 1 block to the beach talk about convenient .. Couple blocks from my favorite resturant Guppies on the Beach..... Central location to get on and off the interstate, straight shot from airport , and either direction Fun and Sand.... thanks again for a awesome stay.....

Great long weekend at Indian Rocks beach!
We had a wonderful time with visiting my son at USF and really enjoyed the beach time. The condo was really comfortable and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend!

Wonder fall get away
Our stay was comfortable and are flat was clean. All electronics worked well and comfy furniture and beds. The only issue was the water pressure is low but not a bother.

Beds wasn’t cleaned my wife had a fake eye lash in her hair the next morning. We found black hairs all in the bed long black female hair. The shower had scum all over the floor and felt slimy. The cooking utensils had a big cockroach living with them. The place was beautiful and new but just dirty. Also we was under the impression it was beach front and it wasn’t.

Great location! Very clean!
We had an awesome short 3 day visit to Indian Rocks. The property is in a great place. 5 minutes to the beach. Very quiet when we stayed. I would definitely stay here again. Bruce was very quick responding to my questions on the area. Thanks again!! 5/5 stars!

Amazing and comfortable
The house looked just like the pictures, there was plenty of space and it was nice and clean. It was a short walk to the beach which was also nice. Plenty of restaurants and bars all around, all in walking distance. We all loved it a lot!

Good Location but not very family friendly
The Good: The property has a very good location. 2 Blocks from the beach and near nice places to eat. Beach toys/umbrellas included. Communication with host was also very good. Probably very good for single young adults to stay at. I could see myself 15-20 years ago partying it up here. The not so good constructive criticism: Maybe a failure on my part to properly look over the property but I thought it would be larger/private. The AC units are loud and turn on/off flapping metal shutters within the building. This is not a very good thing when young kids are trying to sleep or to keep very young from waking up at night. The toilet and water pressure in general are in definite need of addressing. The toilet you could flush it once then would have to wait 5 minutes for I guess the water to flow into it (loudly) to flush it again. I've stayed at nicer hotels and that's what this felt like a cheap hotel. Instead of a house that you could have a family at. I wouldn't go back but again all of this is probably good enough for people without families.

8 days in Florida
We spent 8 days at this property, and for the price and location, I'd recommend a hotel. It is not beachfront like advertised. There was stuff splattered on the walls and pubic hair in the bathroom. We requested to cancel as soon as we arrived like you could do if you were renting a hotel, but they refused. Would not recommend for the price.

We spoke and you confused this property with another listing that was beachfront. Never states it is beachfront. Unfortunately you can not arrive and cancel, even with hotels if you prebook there are cancelation policy. I feel this bad review is your frustration. You should have called during your stay and we would have corrected any issues regarding cleaning etc. Sorry you could not enjoy

I would suggest you add Keurig coffee machine to the amenities. The Flavored coffee was nice, I am just a purist when it comes to coffee. I had brought my own ground coffee. That was the only snaffu I found. Thanks for a nice stay!

Awesome value, and great location!
We loved this stay in Indian Rocks Beach. This is a hidden gem in our books. The duplex was walking distance to the beach, and there was a bike rental shop at the end of the block. We loved the stay and the location. We will be back again for sure!

Minimalist, best for couples. Great location.
Great location, walking distance to beach, park, restaurants. The outdoor space was unkempt and not well cared for. The inside was basic with everything you’d need, but FYI no dishwasher or w/D which is tricky at the beach with kids. Laundromat 1 block away. Paper thin walls is main reason I would not recommend this place for families. Beds comfy. The loveseat was wet and smelled of urine when we arrived. I messaged Bruce but didn’t get a response until I called Carter Rentals directly. The issue was immediately addressed the following day. Would be helpful to repair grill ignition and have a dust pan or vacuum for cleaning the floors from sand, crumbs (broom only).

Everything We Needed!
The house was very clean and has everything you need. The house location is a 10/10, only a short walk to the beach, my wife and I went to the beach everyday. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were a lifesaver! We would definitely stay at this property when we return to IRB.

We enjoyed our time there. It was in a good location to go to other places. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The only problem we had was the people staying in the other apartment. They had taken the umbrella and beach wagon that belong to our side of the apartment. They loaded them up in their car and I asked to have ours for the next morning. The next morning came and One of them had come outside to smoke so I had to ask for the wagon for our side. We bought a umbrella at target so that we would have one the other people had it.

Excellent place to stay in a lovely, quiet IRB neighborhood!
This property is awesome! The front unit is in a great location; quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the beach, restaurants and parks. There is enough parking for up to 4 cars if needed. That is nice if you have friends come to visit you at the beach as parking is tight! I loved the colorful decor! It was cheery and bright without being obnoxious. Each bedroom has a king size bed, very comfy and each room has a fan to block noise or create white noise! That was the best surprise for my friend and I, as we both sleep with fans on at home! Everything you need is provided in the kitchen-had 2 coffee makers, a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot. Toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils as well. Extra blankets & sheets in bedroom for the pull out sofa or if you need another blanket. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a wagon are provided for each unit. We definitely used everything! I noticed that a Carter Vacation Rental employee made a stop each weekday to check on the outside of the property. Talked with one gentleman one morning; very friendly! We had a lovely and relaxing vacation here. Check in is smooth and you will have a lovely and worry free time!

Perfect Vacation!
Perfect little rental for us! It was close to everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach is just across the road. We enjoyed the little strip mall on the corner where we got coffee drinks and fresh produce for dinner!
