*NEW* Magnolia Suite: Newtown Studio Walk Downtown
The Magnolia Suite is located in Newtown, just a couple minute walk from the iconic East Beverley street in Downtown Staunton, which is filled with local restaurants, bars, shops, museums and more! This unit is a studio apartment featuring a living area, queen bed, kitchenette and private bathroom.
Please note that this is a studio and bedroom, living, and kitchenette spaces are all open to each other:
LIVING - Couch, coffee table, and smart TV.
BEDROOM - Queen bed, side tables with lamps, and full length mirror.
KITCHENETTE - Sink, fridge, microwave, Keurig, toaster oven, hot plate, and tea kettle (NOTE: there is NO oven or dishwasher, but we do have a toaster oven/hot plate combo).
BATHROOM - Single vanity, walk-in shower, toilet, all linens and toiletries (hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner) provided.
Free parking is available for guests in the building's parking lot, right outside the studio door.

Excellent Accommodations!
I stay in a lot of vacation rentals throughout the US and Canada. The Magnolia Suite in Staunton was the best maintained and cleanest I have every been to.
The owner responded to messages within 3 minutes or so. The suite was well equipped and decorated and had everything needed.
My in-laws live in the area and their house is kinda small. This suite is a great alternative to a hotel. I am very impressed and will be staying there again!
