Modern apartment in great neighborhood
We stayed in Carl’s apartment for 4 months, two adults with our dog. It’s in a perfect location for walking to downtown Steamboat. There are a drugstore and a grocery store and a free shuttle to the larger supermarkets. It’s also 2 blocks from the core trail- so you can go for days without needing to drive. The apartment is clean and new. Carl, the owner, lives in the house next door and was always very accommodating and friendly- he even had us over for drinks and dinner a few times! This apartment is great for a short or a long stay

Great one bedroom in old town
We stayed for a month in this quiet carriage house only a few blocks from downtown. The owner was wonderful to work with. We look forward to going back.
