“Formerly lived in Munising, and to visit family. Knowing this is an older building, I was pleased with the accommodations. Our family of five and pup all had a comfortable place lay our heads. We loved the views of course. Things to note: You won’t find fancy in Munising. Be thankful for the locals making a living and trying to keep up with tourism. E kind to those you meet! Enjoy this place. It’s special!”

“The cottage was clean and it had everything we needed. The laces is beautiful. My children enjoyed it very much. If you’re like me and read all the reviews before renting. Please forget the bad reviews. This place is small but it has everything you need to have a great experience. Would I stay here again? YES! Highly recommended”

“This was exactly what my family and I needed to have a wonderful stay in the U.P. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed (washer/dryer were so nice to have also!!)We enjoyed fishing on the dock (caught quite a few fish) and my kids even completed a puzzle to kill some time in the evening. There weren’t really any neighbors during our time there, which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Only complaint the amount of mosquitoes outside the cottage. Otherwise, this was by far the nicest...

“What a great little getaway we had. The view was phenomenal, Looking out at the lake. We went kayaking was it was so peaceful and serene. Never heard so much quiet before. Was a little confused about the sign in agreement, but it all worked out. We definitely recommend this place and reading the directions on how to find it. It’s way back in the woods.”
