“We had a wonderful time at Carlton Landing! We were very happy with the home! The location was perfect, the floor plan was great and thankful for being pet friendly! We will be back!! Wish we would have know there was a grill though!”

“I can’t say enough great things about this property. Having your own private pool with outside kitchen makes it a perfect vacation spot. We enjoyed having the hot tub as well and the separate pool house with huge projection screen was great for movie nights. We will be reserving this house for next summer as soon as we get home. ”

“This house has lots of room for plenty of guests. We had eight in our party and could easily spread out. The property manager is very informative and quick to respond. We were told to bring our own condiments so this isn't affecting the review but there are NO supplies in the kitchen. No spices etc so if you intend on cooking plan accordingly and bring salt, pepper, cooking spray, foil and anything else you might need. It is within walking distance of everything but I would recommend renting a...

“The lodge we rented was clean, well appointed, well located for the community. We were very comfortable and felt completely at home. Carlton Landing is a pleasant community with easy access to resources. The lodge we rented was hard to find. There aren’t any markers on the street to indicate it is down a walking lane. Also, a small convenience store in the community is needed; nothing major, just some amenities and essentials.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful area. There were only a couple of minor things that we would have preferred been different. 1) no water pressure in kitchen sink; 2) the double-size mattress has seen better days; 3) the sustain peddle on the piano doesn't work. I was thrilled when I saw that there was a piano, but it wasn't in working condition; 4) it would be nice if the front porch steps had a hand rail. But overall, very pleasant stay.”
