"The location is very very close to the Valcartier Resort. The house was not clean properly. No washer and dryer. Missing towels for showers. No dish cloths, no soap, the hous is ver very old. The light outside the house did not work. You can’t deal the temperature in the house there is no thermostat. We left on the fourth day with all itchiness. They have some bed bugs. "It's an excellent property, ideally situated near vibrant restaurants, bars and old Quebec City. The only thing that I would point out if people are driving large SUVs is the underground parking is extremely tight. I snagged a wonderful parking spot only because a man in a large Infiniti SUV scratched the side of his beautiful vehicle and left abruptly....very cramped conditions. There are scuff marks all over the walls and ramps so if you have a larger vehicle they do offer a valet service which might be worth it for those who are a bit nervous about that kind of thing."

"Checking in was easy. We arrived before our room was ready. The valet took our belongings and stored them for us so we could walk around and explore. Room was bright and clean. The flooring needs to be replaced. All staff that we met were friendly and spoke English to us as we don't speak French. "
