I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The location was also very convenient. Stayed two nights, hotel is pretty new and very clean, our room is quite big and front desk staffs are very nice and helpful. Very close to a mall and RTC bus runs from old town Quebec to walking distance to the hotel. Cons: wait time for elevator can be a bit long and indoor parking lot space is a bit too tight, but outdoor parking is available.
