"A few issues when we arrived but we resolved them. The host is very communicative and is available at all times. Their are no washer and dryers available on site so you have to find a laundry facility which makes it difficult if you're staying long term. All in all its a nice, quite location with lots of activities to do and the cute town of New Bern is 10min away. Also, the beautiful beaches like Emerald Isle is only 1hr away. We would definitely stay their again."

We really enjoyed our stay and found the host, Christine Britton, to be very welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. Christine did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we will be coming back whenever we visit New Bern (my wife’s hometown) in the future. "Perfect time for the family near the water and small town of New Bern. Family played golf (very affordable and we rented clubs) Kids went kayaking and fishing. Girls got to explore the cute town of New Bern and the quaint shops. Nice restaurants and ice cream shop. And the forth of July fireworks were an extra perk!"
