“The house was very clean and well maintained. It was in a safe neighborhood. The only thing I could say that needs improvement is there were no pillowcases for the extra pillows or linen for the pullout sofa. I would definitely stay here again! It was very close to the Island. ”

“We had the best time staying at this property! It was spacious and clean. Plenty of beds/bedrooms/bathrooms for 6 adults and 10 kids. It was literally like 3 minutes to Dollywood. The kids loved hanging out in the game room. Three of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The host was so kind and easy to get in touch with if we had a question. Would stay here again!”

“The house was way better than the pictures! We had a softball tournament in the Pigeon Forge area for the week, so we decided to rent a house along with 8 of the families on the softball team. This consisted of a total of a total of 36 people. There was so much room, enough for everyone to have their own bed, bathroom, and seperate space if needed. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for team meals and the downstairs was perfect for all of the kiddos that we had. The outside space was great...

Everything was clean, organized, and no extra clutter in the house! It felt like a little retreat in the midst of the mountains. The cabin is only about a 15-20 minute drive from all of the events and activities you may want to do in the area. “Really really nice property. Only issue we had was the next guest renting the property showed up around 9:30 while we were cleaning up and our check out time was 10. It was a bit weird and inconvenient but apparently they booked the unit to set up for an event from 10-11. I think that’s a bit close with our time being 10 to check out. Otherwise, the property was beautiful! No issues at all. ”

“Our family of 8 ranging from 9 to 80 had a great stay at Phoenix Lodge! Enough bedrooms and baths plus private spaces. House is beautiful and very clean. Pool was a big hit. Views are fabulous. The 2 bears we saw were a plus. We arrived the day after a bad storm with trees down and no electric. The host was completely on top of the issues. Excellent communication throughout our stay.”
