Great location
Loved this house right on the water. It was small but perfect for our family of 3. We loved the covered area out by the water for grilling. Quiet island and neighborhood but the location near Bahia Honda, 7 mile bridge, curry hammock and other places was great!

Awesome location!
Can’t beat the location! The property manager was great and easily accessible. The pier and dock where awesome for the kids to fish off of, it was nice to be able to leave the boat in the water, in a protected little cove.

A little piece of paradise
If you want to live the keys life, stay here! Adorable beach cottage with everything you need. We fished, kayaked and swam right off our dock. It is perfectly maintained and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Walt the house manager is there if you need anything and gave great recommendations.

Location Location Location!
What a beautiful place for a quiet getaway for my husband and myself. The whole process was seamless and so easy from booking to check out. Pictures provide all you need to know. How relaxing to wake up to such a breathtaking view! House provided all we needed and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend a trip to Kiki's for a meal and Capt Hooks right down the street for a snorkle/diving adventure.

The listing is accurate. Great getaway spot! Spectacular view from the dock and you can hear the music form the Tiki Bar down the street....Picture Perfect with a Soundtrack! Hubby & I were able to detach from our busy lives, relax, and reconnect. Self-check in was a breeze, property manager was readily available. The place was spotless and had everything we needed.

Perfect view for early morning sunrise.Upon arrival on Sunday afternoon we found there to be an issue withthe ROKU TV in the bedroom.Called the property manager and Walt came over at 9:00p.m.on a Sunday to get it working.Very impressive.Will definately stay here again.

Great little place
Great little spot in the keys. Wonderful location if you love to fish! The dock and surrounding water is amazing! If you want to fish off the bridges you can be there in no time. Want to hang out in Key West for the day, it's only 25 miles away. Just want to relax go sit out on the dock or the huge patio right outside the door.

Great location! You are within 40 min to Key West and Marathon. Great local restaurants within short driving distance also. Some decent fishing from the dock and you will see a lot of marine life. Great communication with the owner.

Awesome...Really it's like stepping back in to true FLORIDA Key life waking up every day to a amazing sun rise and a priceless fishing dock to sit and watch the boats or to fish my wife out fished me ...she went with a small hook and squid and it was one after another...true keys cottage very clean close to everything....we will be back...thanks for a great fishing trip....

Location Location Location!!! Incredible cozy cottage on the water, the pier was magical day and night, crystal clear water. Dream Spot!!! My entire family was awe struck with the views and the location on Little Torch was perfect for doing things throughout the keys , short ride to Key West, Bahia Honda, Key Deer, Wave runner rentals at Florida Key Jet ski, Food and Entertainment. This is more of a laid back "Local" experience than a tourist trap. Would recommend over and over, we will definilty come back, LOVED it!!!!

Just an awesome place to have stayed at. House is deceptive in size, there is plenty of room in the kitchen and living area, and ample space in the bedrooms. Very easy, no hassle check in and out process for a stress free get-a-way

As Advertised
This cottage was as advertised. It was easy to find and check in. Dock was great and location was very central to where we wanted. Everything was clean but the surrounding yard had a lot of "junk" laying around. Things that looked broken and just left. Would have been a little better if the yard was cleaned up some. Also, the furniture and bed spread where clean but worn, it could use a little refresh. It isn't the Ritz, but we knew that when we rented and overall if you know what your renting it was a good time and worked for what we wanted. I would stay again.

Perfect cottage
This very clean cottage was everything we needed for a week in the beautiful keys! The looooooong dock was the perfect place to star gaze at night, and snorkel during the day! We enjoyed every minute, and will be back!

Great place for a boat
Property is close to everything, both on the land and water. The onsite boat ramp is a plus. There's plenty of room to turn a truck and trailer around. We tied the boat right behind the house where there is a shaded patio area. You can pull your vehicle within 20 ft of the boat, which means that you don't have to carry coolers full of ice very far! Inside the house is clean and cold, very comfortable with 4-5 people. Bed slept well. Overall we had a good time! Love the location and the set up.

We stayed in the cozy cottage for a week and it was hands down the nest place I have ever stayed in the keys. The dock had an amazing view, the beds were super comfy. Plenty of parking and having the ramp right there on the property was super convenient. Can’t wait to return!

What a fantastic place!
This place was perfect. close to everything but private. very protected boat slip for when the storms roll in. LONG dock to enjoy the view. restaurant within walking distance. Boat ramp on site with trailer parking. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location with ramp and dockage. Everything we needed and more! 35 minute drive to Key West. Enjoyed the view from the dock as we saw nurse sharks, snapper, and a spotted eagle ray. Kiki's Sandbar was convenient for food and drinks at less than a 5 minute walk. Did some snorkeling at Looe Key and managed to come home with a few mahi. Love this place, super relaxed and friendly neighbors. We'll be back!

Exactly what we needed
We were looking for a place that checked all of the boxes and this place was great. The house is small, but we only rented it to sleep there and get ready for the next day/adventure. The dock is amazing and is where we spent most of our time fishing and hanging out. The property does have a commercial crabbing business on site, but we understood that before renting. Kiki's is within walking distance and is great for a late night meal. We plan to rent this property again if our schedule allows. Thank you.

A little bit of Heaven
The pier alone is reason enough to stay at this little cottage. The cottage was well stocked and clean as can be. The location is ideal for day tripping to Key West or Marathon.

Quiet neighborhood with pier access made it very enjoyable!
It was very comfortable for us (3 ladies) and we loved the waterfront location with a long pier. It was easy access to Key West and beautiful beaches. We had a 5 star experience at this cozy cabin. Be aware that it’s in a commercial fishing zone with a rocky shore in front but that didn’t bother us!

Waterfront Fishing Cottage
The home is nice and has plenty of room. The owners are friendly and helpful. The home is not a touristy place but is located in a working lobster business otherwise I would give it 5 stars. The grounds are not appealing however the views and access to the water make up for it. For a Keys lover and fisherman at heart, being among the lobster traps will not be an issue especially since there's a nice dock and a boat ramp.

A fisherman's paradise indeed! There's trapping and fishing, very typical in the keys, and certainly a desirable location for all guests looking to fish or snorkel right off the dock or just relax and sunbath! The panoramic sunrise dock view is any vacationer's dream! And with the boat ramp right near the cottage, guests bring their boats to launch at arrival, dock it until their next adventure, or take a 5 - 10 minute boat ride to Picnic Island beach in Ramrod Key for some boating and swimming with family and friends! The cottage really does have lots to offer as reviewed on air bnb. Thanks! James & Ginger
