Was a perfect spot to stay when attending a function at the stadium. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant & helpful on what was a very busy day for them

Would have been nice if the window was on the other wall, it would then have looked out to lake. Communal area great 👍 some shampoo & conditioner would have been appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback and are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. Unfortunately we are not a hotel hence no shampoo and conditioner as our facility usually hosts training camps for sporting teams.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a wonderful view of the lake. So happy we stayed.

Fantastic clean Accommodation.Excellent Value. Highly recommended. Has all basic ensuite tv ,air con fridge cupboard. Suggest you take face cloth, tea/coffee and kettle.

Look before you book.
Dont drink and book motels.... No tv No cups 1 chair No jug No toaster Not much Plus my dog kennell is the same size. Read carefully before you book.

After Check-in you should of received an email which contains the guest compendium which has all the details of our facility including Wi-Fi password and information on how to access our 24hr common kitchen on the ground floor which includes microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer and also our 24hr commercial laundry also on ground floor which is free for guests. Both of these facilities have been included in the property for the convenience of guests, particularly those who are staying for sporting camps and sporting events. The floor was dirty so when I had a shower and got into bed there was dirt gritty dirt that I had to clean off there was also someone else rubbish under the bed, I would say they forgot to sweep the rest of my stay was 100% fine

Convenient clean and comfortable
Clean neat rooms. Small but comfortable. Great for one night stay. Close to sporting facilities which is why we picked it.

I was concerned at the lack of ventilation in the room where I slept. If you opened the main window, you didn’t have any protection from burglary, and there were no other windows to open. The air conditioners don’t bring in fresh air from outside, so it WAS a concern, due how small the room is. When I stayed in the room a couple of hours, walked out for awhile then came back, it smelt stale from breathing in there. Please consider bars on the opening window, plus being able to open a small window in the bathroom so there is cross ventilation. Cheerrs

Room was smaller & nothing like the picture no kettle in room, found out on last day of check out that there’s a kitchen but you need to provide your own milk there were no tea bags, coffee or sugar

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologise in regard to the tea and coffee, we had restocked this as soon as we have checked them. In regards to milk unfortunately due to health and safety regulations we are unable to leave this open in the communal kitchen. However we will be adding this to our vending machines for guests to purchase. In your arrival email all of our facilities are explained.

Upper class dongas photos do not match when you walk through the door very small, more suited to back packers or sporting groups. People outside rooms late at night drinking without consideration for others. Suited for location and convenience to our venue nothing more...

The property was nothing like the pictured images from either the outside (of the actual property) or the inside (of the rooms) No tea making facilities. No secure car parking facilities. In fact, one of the worst places we have stayed in anywhere in the world!!!

Great Find for simple accommodation choice.
A great find!! Excellent accommodation for the price; private bathroom, very clean, clean fresh linen, storage, bed-size great, bar fridge, TV, etc. All very good. Totally adequate for 2.5 star. Basement parking great (out of sun), next to Sports Hub with healthy cafe & coffee. Lake is beautiful & great for walking. Only issue was my fridge vibrated loudly intermittently, but thankfully didn't interrupt my sleep.

Closeness to our sport event at the lake. Wish there's kitchen to get hot water for hot drink... Also more information what to use & what not to use in the facility... was there any 24 hr open kitchen & laundry. Doing water sport required these things for hot drink when the day is wet & cold & washing/drying clothes. No kettke in the room so it is nice to have those. Thanks!

Great accommodation at a reasonable price
Great accommodation for the price. Conveniently located in a central area close to everything. It's also close to the hospital so would be ideal for a short stay if you have a family member admitted. Customer service was stellar. Overall, very happy with the accommodation and the area.

Caters for groups more than a single traveller with no kettle in the room and need to go to the main kitchen area to make a cup of tea which is a bit inconvenient at night. Otherwise clean and comfortable and well located. Value for money
