“This was a charming cabin! A much-needed retreat from the city, combining a restful stay with exploring the area (we especially enjoyed the stone church, the orchard/bakery, and the antique store). Marie was a gracious and communicative host, and keeps the Cabin clean and well-stocked. Would definitely love to return!”

“Overall the house and property were beautiful. The only reason I give it a four star is because the bbq does not work very well. In the summer that is an essential amenity for food preparation. A couple of the guys also said there was body hair in the beds. Maybe the sheets weren’t changed?? Everything else was perfect. Communication with property management was excellent!”

“We just spent a boys weekend here and it couldn’t have been better. The cottage is spacious, super clean, and really well equipped. The view of Lake Simcoe from the patio is unreal, especially at sunset. We made full use of the sauna and the BBQ got a lot of use too. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had more than enough space. Loved the big dining area and the open kitchen, perfect for group meals. Also appreciated how fast the Wi-Fi was and how much parking there was for five cars.……

“Had an absolute wonderful time! My husband and I spent three nights and four days at the historic green door home. We were both able to fully recharge and relax and were dreaming of ways to stay for longer. Only travelled from just over an hour away but It was far enough from the loud city that it was remarkable how quiet ones surroundings become.
