"Staff is amazing. Very accommodating and personable! The door key card machine wasn't working so the front desk man had to individually take us up to our rooms to let us in and had to do it every time we left and came back. He had a great attitude the whole time and never made me feel like I was bothering him. And when he did get it fixed he brought the key card to my room for me. "

"Very nice place—clean, and well-stocked with plenty of essentials. We did receive our key code a bit late, but the host responded quickly and sent it right over as soon as we reached out. Extremely responsive and helpful!My family and I were in town for Peach Jam week, and the location was super convenient to the venue where my son played. The neighborhood is currently going through a revitalization phase, so some areas may look a little worn at first glance, but it’s honestly not as bad as it might seem. We never felt unsafe at any point during our stay.Just a couple of minor notes: the couch is starting to show some wear and may need replacing soon, and the rug in the primary bedroom could use some refreshing. The neighbors dog does bark early mornings! Other than that, everything was great!Overall, a very positive experience and a solid choice for anyone visiting the area. Would would stay here again."

"Im a Travel nurse at piedmont Augusta and it was SO close to the hospital and I loved that! It’s gated which I LOVED, I felt so safe. Check in was super easy. The back yard hang out area was so cute and the hosts were so easy to get a hold of and so accommodating when I had to have my husband come visit to help with our dog. I would 1000% stay here again! "

"Our stay was everything we were hoping for based on the pictures. 10/10 cleanliness. 10/10 mattress comfort. The only negative thing I would say is that the bedroom got really hot so we had to purchase a box fan. Our party felt safe the entire time we were there due to the locked gates. We we’re all in agreement that we would stay here the next time we were in town."

"Spacious, Stylish, and Full of Southern CharmThis home was gorgeous, remodeled with care while still keeping its Southern charm. It was huge,even the hallways felt spacious! The kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was spotless and clearly well-maintained. It’s centrally located in Augusta, which made getting around super easy. Plenty of parking too, both tandem in the driveway and on the street. Perfect for a family or group stay. We loved it and would definitely come back!"

"My brother and I stayed here while our mother was in the ICU at Piedmont Augusta Hospital. The location was ideal and the space was comfortable, clean, and truly perfect for our needs. There was a lovely combination of private space for each of us, and space for us to take respite together as well. We really appreciated the small thoughtful details throughout the home and the seamless and easy the check-in and check-out process. We are grateful to have found such a great “home base” for our time in Augusta and highly recommend."

"We visit Augusta yeatly my husbamd was born there so we visit on his birthday weekend to celebrate. Tbis place was by far the most amazing place we have ever stayed. The views are phenomenal Perfect for biking riding the greenways and kayaking the savannah river. We also seem amazing fireworks right from the back deck. We enjoyed the hot tub each night to relax. We only drove our car once after we got there to go shopping at some of our favorite antiques shoos.This place is a place that will be our firever go to if avalable. Thank you for sharing your place with us. "

"The house was close to the course but the was the only positive. The yard was in poor shape and the interior was not very clean. The shower had no hot water. It also has obvious damage visible. There was also a junk car on the street. I would not recommend staying there."
