“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Very friendly staff …clean and helpful”

“Room never got cleaned, the pool was green and edges had stuff growing, thw carpet in room had red, blue spots, the breakfast was trash, and construction going on ,on the 6th floor I was in 5th heard everything, guest services never got back to us to change the room. Other double tress are way better”

“The rooms were very clean and updated!”

“Great”

“Good!”

“Room smelled like marijuana. Reported it to staff and we were moved immediately. Room appeared to be "patched" up from physical damage. Flooring underneath carpet soft when stepped on in places. Ceiling apparently had leak of some sort that appeared to be painted over. Most of all, my husband was practically interrogated by night clerk about why he was there and accused him of not having a room. I will not be going back.”

“Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, easy parking”
