This is a gorgeous, newly remodeled, 2 bed 2 bath condo at the most luxurious development in Rosarito Beach. Las Olas Grand. Situated at the km 35.5 point and overlooking The Historic Calafia Hotel. Tasetfully upgraded with a sleek, modern interior and stunning views of the Pacific Coast. Access to several pools and jacuzzis, rock beach, surfing, gym, on-premises restaurant, gated parking garage and on site security 24/7. Excellent restaurants and sandy beaches within walking distance. This is as close to a 5 star American style resort as it gets for less than half the price. It is very close to everything Rosarito has to offer, and just far enough away from the traffic and the bustle of downtown. The amenities are meticulously maintained daily by the courteous staff, and the secure feel of the resort makes it a superb weekend getaway. You will have full access to everything in the pictures including 4 swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts, 8-10 jacuzzis, a gym, 1 restaurant on site and 4 more within short walking distance. A swimmable cove, with world class surfing, shore fishing, and hiking to a large white sand beach. Right next door to Historic Calafia Hotel. I spend most of my free time in the area, and I know all the best spots for excellent food, great deals, site seeing and fun activities. I'll be more than happy to point you in the right direction to make your stay here extra enjoyable and well within budget. I Also have 4 other units in this resort. Rosario Beach offers beautiful ocean views from virtually every restaurant and stopping point. Unique shops with Mexican pottery, furniture and souvenirs are everywhere. You'll be treated to a great experience of Mexican culture without having to board a flight, and if your adventurous or sporty, theres plenty of World class surfing, off road actives, horseback riding, fishing, biking and hiking in the area. It makes for a perfect weekend getaway. Las Olas Grand has its own private, gated and guarded parking garage. Las Olas Grand is located about 3 miles South of Downtown Rosarito i.e. Papa's & Beer, Rosarito Beach Hotel, and all the nightlife. We're a mile South of Fox Studios / Popotla, and About 2 miles North of Puerto Nuevo (lobster village). Its about a 30 minute drive South on the Toll Road to Wine Country, and another 10 minutes to Downtown Ensenada.

Good place to stay for the price.
The ocean view is top notch but the property overall needs more upkeep. I enjoyed our time at the property for the price we paid we got our moneys worth and I do recommend the hot tubs was enjoyable and the pool that was heated was nice.

We had a great time during our Rosarito stay. The military checkpoint into Rosarito caused considerable traffic jams and was annoying to say the least. We were unable to access the gym to keep up with our workout regimen. The pools are not heated, two of the jacuzzis were not working, etc... Loved the codo views, though not thrilled with the cleaning. Trash was left under the secondary bedroom, the secondary bathroom has hair on the floor and shower, the pocket doors on the primary bedrooms get stuck and aren’t operable, lacking privacy. Overall the experience was good. SP

Great stay
The place was very nice and the location in Rosarito was good, away from the noise and crowds but close enough to drive over there for shopping and eating. The condo itself was clean. We used the coffee maker everyday (I wish it was the big one though) but did not use the other dishes or pots/pans, or even the stove, but they have a little of everything. The resort amenities were nice. Maybe it’s for crowd control, but every time you want to get in a jacuzzi from the pool or vice versa, you have to go get a new bracelet (not hard to do but eh) The gym is closed to people renting, it’s only for owners. The restaurant wasn’t open, which was disappointing a little. My only real complaint is that the heater doesn’t work and it can get a little cold at night. Perhaps have a couple of extra throw blankets. Other than that I enjoyed my stay here. And FYI, they have a larger jacuzzi and and another pool on the top which is only for adults, which was nice

This room is amazing, the Hotel is beautiful and the place is just a few minutes away from the beach (about 15min drive) also there is lots of places to go look for food and a small market store if you’re cooking. This room had everything needed for a great stay, the hotel is beautiful it has lots of fun, it doesn’t have breakfast neither a restaurant inside but other than that is a perfect place!! Absolutely coming back soon!!!!

Everything was beautiful and calm, The scenery was spectacular. A few issues were showers were not hot, warm but mostly cold water, not hot enough from a long day at the beach or pools. Sleeps 6 but only 4 pillows were provided, Not enough pillows and blankets. Not enough bath towels either. Just make sure u bring extra if needed. The kitchen was a plus since we do a lot of cooking . Other than that we loved our room and the resort. It was well managed and very clean. Lots to do for all ages. We went in end of nov 2020 so a lot of things were closed due to Covid but it was nice too because certain areas were managed in numbers of party so it wasn’t crowed. We enjoyed the jacuzzi area. Clean and hot. We will be back next year. Thank you again for letting us stay.

The first day we had a scare at 3 in the morning, some super drunk guys running down the hall and screaming. they woke us all up with their screams. The condominium lacks many things, one bedroom is completely empty, it does not have to store things, no TV, no bedside tables, the old mattress. the smell coming from the bathrooms was very unpleasant, the blankets on the beds did not smell good. The good thing that I take away is that the owner is very friendly and always answers my messages, he was accessible and the information to enter was excellent.
