This once small RV park turned family home is nestled in a residential neighborhood minutes away from the main boulevard and town center. You can get to all of the attractions, restaurants and nightlife by beach or by road. The top floor of the house is comprised of a 1bd/bth apt with a private entrance, and terrace for up to 4 guests with access to shared outdoor space and parking
